Friendly, helpful, and honest
The guys at Just Tyres were amazing. My friend has recommended then as being friendly, helpful, and honest without trying to oversell. I had a deflating tyre and when they couldn't help as my car was missing a part, they called around dealerships and other local garages to ensure I would be able to get back on the road safely. I cannot overstate the level of service they provided.

Good Service

My appointment was booked for 9.00 but the work didn't start until 10.15 due to unforeseen issues there. However, the Manager also helped to fit the tyres as well, resulting in a speedy turnaround once things got underway. He was very pleasant and their prices are good so I will return.

Poor fitting service
I ordered 2 tyres on-line which were delivered to my local centre in Chesham for fitting however the centre was unable to remove my wheels because they didn't have an air-gun. The staff were as helpful as they could be but their suggestion of 'find somewhere to loosen the wheels nuts and come back was not really very helpful. In the end I took the tyres with me to find somewhere else to fit them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company, we strive to achieve a high level of customer service and so it was disappointing to receive a one star review. Whilst we appreciate your frustration, the reason for not using airguns is exactly for the reason you have found, it is very difficult to remove them by hand (for example replacing a tyre at the roadside) when they are over tightened by an airgun. We only hand torque to ensure that we understand the amount of pressure applied when putting the wheel nuts back on the tyres to ensure that they can be undone by hand in the future if needed. I am sorry that you had to take the tyres somewhere else to be fitted and thank for your sharing your concerns with us.

4 new tyres
Bought 4 new tyres from just tyres on-line, and also booked fitting day. The following day James called to advise the tyres were already in and I was welcome to go earlier and get them fitted. James is very friendly and helpful and Goodyear All Season tyres were cheaper at just tyres than anywhere else. Thank you.

The guys at Just Tyres in Chesham did a great job for me today, rapid assessment and change of two rear tyres (which visually were much worse than I'd appreciated, makes me wonder about the dealer who checked them in the last service). TJ and James were quick, friendly and changed both within half an hour, and gave me a choice of options. No messing about or appointment, can't fault it. Have used before and will use again.
