BEST SERVICE EVER!
I was informed that the tyres I’ve ordered had arrived. Unfortunately, one of it is faulty and replacement was already ordered. A delayed in later appointment was also adjusted on the same day.
Seeing the faulty tyre, I am impressed by the concern given.
I was also advised to come back after 30 mile run for wheel nut check, which I did.
Overall, colour me impressed!

The Amersham center had a waiting area, very clean with facilities. The two men working at the Amersham center were great.

Easy and smooth process
Easy to book a slot online. Person on reception was pleasant and provided an accurate estimate of the time it would take. Phoned me when it was ready.
No-one tried to upsell which I have seen in some places.

Tyre Change
Booked a tyre change for all of my tyres as I assumed they needed changing. They checked my tyres and told me that actually none of them are anywhere near the legal limit. They could’ve easily changed them and taken the money, but they were transparent and honest which is a rarity in this industry. Dealt with Luke and Lee….I will be back!
