Competitive price, Excellent fast service
Competitive price, bookable appointment, fast turn around. Had two front tyres and puncture all sorted in under an hour. Nice smaller site where concentration is on tyres. Have used Kwik Fit sites in past but always kept waiting way past appointment time.

Good service - outcome
The Just Tyres web site correctly identifies the correct size of tyre for my car and offered a good selection of tyres at competitive prices. Booking a date & time for the tyres to be fitted locally was easy. The staff at the designated Just Tyres outlet were expecting my car on the chosen date and provided a quick, efficient and cheerful service. Great service

Disappointing service despite the promise of same day fitting
Ordered a tyre online at 9am for same day fitting due to an emergency. Was given a 16:30 appointment so expected tyre to be ready for fitting at this time like you would with any other business you have an appointment with. Turns out the tyre didn’t arrive until 11am the following day. Beware the Just Tyres false advertisement online as according to the branch manager I spoke to this is a regular occurrence they don’t appear to want to fix. Just misleading customers and taking their money before they realise the claim of same day fitting is highly unlikely.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service from RAC…
Absolutely Disgraceful Service from RAC and Just Tyres as fitter – Never Again!
This was my first time using RAC and Just Tyres, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish.
1. Delay in Tyre Delivery
The tyre I ordered did not arrive on time, forcing me to make a second trip to the fitter—an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper organization.
2. Damage to Alloy Wheel
The fitter scratched my alloy wheel during the process. When I returned to address the issue, they flat-out denied responsibility despite the visible damage. Just Tyres even blame me for causing the damages prior to the fitting.
3. RAC's Appalling Customer Service
I raised the issue with RAC, providing clear photo evidence showing the damage before and after the fitting. Instead of taking responsibility, RAC dismissed my concerns and told me to contact the fitter again—who had already denied any wrongdoing. This is both ridiculous and irresponsible from both parties.
This entire experience has been absolutely disgraceful. RAC's inability to handle basic customer complaints, coupled with their refusal to stand by the service they facilitated, speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism.
I will never use RAC and Just Tyres Amersham again and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicles.

Competitive price, but incomplete service
Just Tyres' website offered a competitive price for fitting tyres that I provided. The manager and his team at the Amersham branch appeared helpful, but I subsequently discovered that they hadn't been balanced.

Tyres way over inflated
Price competitive, appointment on time, but the 2 tyres I had replaced were very inaccurately inflated, 1 to 3.4 bar the other to 2.7 bar. Correct pressure is 2.2 bar
