Ordered and paid for the ring in full on 01/15/26 and it is now 02/10/26 and I still haven't received the ring I paid in full for and every week I receive the same response, that it is in production and is going to ship in 3-4 days, I guess they meant 3-4 weeks. At this point I think they took my money and ran. Unfortunate as there jewelry is beautiful, but wouldn't order anything from them again.
The stones/crystals are great, I’m new to this so was hoping they would be packaged with the names to identify which is which, but they tell me this is something they are adding soon! :)
I ordered about 17 and multiple was sent in each bag which did sadly result in some scratches and a few larger chips as well but otherwise can’t complain and after speaking with them they sent me out replacements. Didn’t take long to arrive and the price is good.
