I feel these capsules have really helped me
I have been taking the complete mushroom complex capsules for the last 5 weeks. My energy level has increased and being over 50 I seem to have less brain fog and more focus. I also have a very sensitive stomach but this has also improved. I’m often sceptical about supplements but genuinely feel these are helping me and the price is very reasonable.

I’ve just started taking the Lions Mane…
I’ve just started taking the Lions Mane capsules to help with my focus and energy, I’ve been taking them for just over a week now and can honest say I’ve seen such an improvement!
I’m making it through the day without wanting to nap, I’m able to actually focus well enough to keep my house organised. It’s been a game changer to be honest! I’ve missed a couple days and I’ve noticed the difference when I don’t take them.
Natures Alix are so helpful as well, if you have any health concerns you can explain to Natures Alix and they’re able to come up with a supplement plan to best help your needs. Really lovely team so will be ordering some more when these run out!
