My order hasn’t arrived

My order hasn’t arrived - how am I supposed to give feedback on a product that has not arrived. I emailed customer service and got a tracking link that still does not show a delivery date and a response from an AI agent - very frustrating!

Great Value For Money

I love the pricing at JustMyLook they always offer the best price especially if you’re buying Kbeauty products. On occasion they’ve offered even cheaper pricing than YesStyle.
