2 days to process an order and when you contact customer services you get platitudes from an AI bot. I would rather pay more and get a good speedy service. I’ll stick with Amazon next time.

wrong item delivered, refund refused. false advertisement.
I ordered a perfume through this company. when it arrived it was the wrong item, i removed the wrap carefully to double check. i confirmed it was the wrong one and requested a refund.
when doing so i explained i had opened the wrapper but it was unused. they issues the return and i sent it back. after they offered me 10% off my next purchase when i had just spent £125 and received the wrong item!
a week later o receive the item back so i contact them again.
they said it couldn’t be accepted as it was opened which i then re explained they already knew that when i asked for a return. they said it couldn’t be retuned. i accepted that as i was fed up with going back and forth.
i asked why the wrong item was sent and they then said it was the correct item even though they had said it was the wrong item previously! when i come back with that they said it cannot be returned, which i said once again i knew and didn’t want to!
i asked how this was deemed acceptable to falsely advertise an item as they stated:
We're sorry to hear that you received the wrong item.
We have investigated this further and it appears that the product has been updated. Due to this, we are unable to dispatch the item as imaged.
so they knew it was the wrong item than what was advertised and still sent it!
absolutely ridiculous.

Avoid this company if you expect them to follow basic UK consumer law.
My perfume arrived broken at the neck of the bottle, leaking through the packaging, with flammable liquid throughout the parcel. I immediately provided photographic evidence and formally rejected the goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 because they were clearly not of satisfactory quality.
Instead of resolving the issue properly, they first offered me a 10% discount off of a future non sale order, which quite frankly is insulting. The seller then repeatedly insisted I return the damaged item through Royal Mail before they would refund me — despite being informed that leaking perfume and broken glass are prohibited through standard postal services and may breach courier safety regulations.
Under UK law, faulty goods are the seller’s responsibility, including arranging and paying for any return. A retailer cannot simply demand that a customer post hazardous damaged goods back at their own risk while refusing to arrange lawful collection.
What should have been a straightforward refund for damaged goods turned into arguments over basic consumer rights and postal safety rules.
Extremely poor customer service, poor understanding of UK consumer law, and an unnecessarily difficult experience for a customer who received unusable goods.

Do not use this site, they have no clue on consumer law, their own terms and conditions or their data protection responsibilities. When you contact their customer services they just try and palm you off to someone else and do not actually try to resolve any issues. They mislead you advising one thing when you buy the item when in reality it’s different. They lack empathy for their issues and are unable to take responsibility for any issues

You have still not given me goods for money and trading standards are now involved and advising me, I have, given you 14 days to respond to my time of essence request, and as you have not responded, I have no alternative but to start a claim for compensation with H.M tribunal services, where not only will I seek reimbursement of the f28.40 which you stole from me, I will be seeking an added compensation request due to the 100s of emails I have sent you where you have fobbed me off, and actually upset me and made me feel unwell.
I would clearly advise you to make restitution by 29th May 2026, as if I have no resolution, the one you have been promising me since 5th May, I will have no alternative to go ahead with my claim for the £28.40 and compensation for thr 100s of emails I have sent you, for the times you've upset me and made me feel physically unwell with the way you've treated me

Ive shopped with Justmylook for a while now and never had any problems however on my last order, only 2 out of 3 items arrived yet id paid for all 3. I raised this with Customer Services who (after several back and forth emails) told me that according to their systems, all 3 items had been dispatched therefore they weren't going to issue a replacement item or give me a refund. Im now down twenty something pounds because of these clowns.
Ill never shop with them again due to the principle. They made feel like a liar. Horrendous experience.
