Breach of guidelines
Not that good
JustMarkets is not as good as they initially appear. I’ve been waiting for my crypto withdrawal for over 8 hours, and it’s still marked as “processing” with no clear explanation.
At first, the support team was responsive. However, after submitting multiple tickets (this is now my fourth attempt), the experience has gone downhill. I specifically requested to be connected to a live agent or receive a call for clearer communication, but this request was ignored.
Instead of real assistance, I’m now receiving what seem to be automated or generated responses, and support has stopped replying altogether. This lack of transparency and escalation is concerning, especially when real funds are involved.
User interface is not bad but on the phone browser it keeps lagging, better use a laptop if you want to use their website.

I will never ever deposit again in this broker nor trade because on February 2, 2026 while Sydney Session opened, the price of gold froze for more than 10 minutes on MT5 justmarkets server although on tradingview and other brokers it was working properly. I escalated this matter through a ticket but no answer I also provided them with a screen record but they did not get back to me.
I will rate 2/5 because Millenia from support was helpful at first but all the others no answer.

Since you did not verify your account within 30 days from the moment of the first successful deposit - the limitations were placed on your account.

I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with JustMarkets. After trading and making profit with my real money, they refused my withdrawal without a clear or valid reason. I followed their rules, but my withdrawal was still blocked.
This is extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. A broker that does not allow clients to withdraw their own money cannot be trusted.
❌ Withdrawal refused
❌ Poor transparency
❌ High risk to traders’ funds
I strongly advise everyone: do NOT register with JustMarkets and do NOT risk your money there. Learn from my mistake and choose a broker with a proven, clean withdrawal history.

Slippage can occur during rapid price movements, causing stop-loss orders to execute at a different price.
Such price movement can affect all type of orders - open orders, pending orders as well as Take Profit and Stop Loss. During the Market Execution the common reason for slippage might be high market volatility or news release (such as NFP, CPI).
