🛑 200-Pip Price Spike (0.91518) & Missing Tick Data ⚠️

Justmarkets recent reply, to this review, tend to persuade me, from the obvious truth, saying that, the ask price of 0.91518 is the normal price. Whereas, institutional feeds and related brokers, shown 200 plus pips different. Still, they cannot provide official tick data, to clear the allegation. This is really sad, as Justmarkets said, “ Unfortunately, we do not provide any information from our system due to security reasons.” Imagine, they cannot provide official tick data, to cleared off a case.

“Trustpilot has now placed a warning on this broker for guideline violations. My case involving the 200-pip spike and missing tick data remains unresolved."

On February 26, 2026, at 23:00:30 WAT, my account was liquidated, due to a massive, off-market price spike on the EURCHF pair. JustMarkets triggered an Ask price of 0.91518 while the global market was trading over 200 pips lower. This 'bad print' wiped out my equity and two other active positions. I have reached out for a Global Settlement, to account for this technical failure and historical pricing discrepancies, but the broker has not resolved the issue." Rather, they kept silent with their so called FSAS regulator.

Justmarkets Global, uses a broken line, to generate a bullish candlestick, in order, to arrived at the ask price of 0.91518, to liquidate a EURCHF bid position 0.91300, that went on bearish, to affect two other trades of a different pair, that were on right track, to make profits. In my previous trades, with Justmarkets, I had been, subsequently liquidated by Justmarkets, which seem, as a usual practice, even, when it was not a rollover time.

As a forex trader, I cannot recommend Justmarkets Global to anyone. If Justmarkets is being recognized, award-winning global CFD Broker regulated in Cyprus by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) and in Seychelles by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), then, this case should be use, as one of the reasons, to authenticate it merit. I am a trader and not a broker or associated broker.

WARNING

WARNING: JustMarkets is Stealing Funds and Manipulating Prices (XAGUSD $80.625 Spike)
I am a victim of a massive fraud by JustMarkets. They created an artificial price spike on XAGUSD at $80.625 while the real market price was only $25. This fake candle wiped out my account and put me in a $90,000 debt.
When I requested my $10,000 withdrawal (ID: 9047835), they CANCELLED it without any reason. I have full video evidence of the price manipulation and contradictory emails where they accuse me of fraud just to avoid paying my money.
My life is ruined because of this broker. I have filed official complaints with CySEC (Ref: CAS-5853187) and the Financial Ombudsman, but they continue to ignore my emails.
Do not deposit a single dollar here. They will manipulate the chart to take your money and then block your withdrawals. I will not stop until the world knows the truth about JustMarkets.

when i try to execute it changes margin…

unauthorized transactions on my account

Unauthorized transactions were made on my account in the early morning hours, causing me to lose thousands of dollars without my having shared my login information with anyone.

They tell me they can't offer compensation because, according to them, it wasn't them, but they also won't share my login history or the location of the last recorded transaction. They aren't providing adequate support to investigate what happened; they simply say there will be no compensation but offer no assistance with the case.

In other words, you, as the client, lose thousands of dollars, and they, as the intermediary, don't provide adequate support for investigating what happened to your money.

On March 30th, I was checking my chart as usual and saw my balance. When I woke up on the 31st, my balance was zero. I checked my transaction history and saw transactions with large lot sizes that I didn't make. They occurred in the early morning hours, and I have a job; it's impossible for me to do this.

Even after showing them all the evidence that it wasn't me and that no one else has my login, the company refuses to provide adequate support to investigate what happened. They simply stopped responding to my emails and consider my own money lost.

Be careful. I'd been with them for over two years and this had never happened before, and just when I was planning to invest a larger amount of money, this happens.

I am an affiliate partner with…

I am an affiliate partner with JustMarkets, and this is the SECOND time they have withheld my rightfully earned commissions. This is not a one-time technical error — it is a pattern.

📌 Incident #1:
My commission was deducted without explanation. After extensive back-and-forth, they eventually reversed it — but only after I pushed hard. Amount lost initially: $750.

📌 Incident #2 (Current):
One of my referred users traded over 250 lots in a single day, with nearly 1,000 total lots during his time with the platform. According to the Brilliant tier I'm enrolled in, my commission should be significantly higher than what they calculated.

They offered me $153 — for a user who traded 275 lots in one day alone. I reviewed every single trade myself. The numbers don't add up.

They then attempted to deduct $922 from my payout, citing an unexplained "error code" — the same tactic used in Incident #1 where they clawed back $769 from me.

📌 The Support Experience:
I contacted their affiliate team at Christina. - I had received zero substantive response. Multiple follow-up messages were ignored. I requested:
- A Commission Audit Report
- A breakdown of all payments and deductions per referred client
- Escalation to a manager

None of these requests were fulfilled.

⚠️ Warning to Fellow Affiliates:
If you are considering joining JustMarkets as an affiliate, be aware: when it's time to pay, "technical errors" mysteriously appear and your commissions get slashed. This has happened to me twice. I am now publishing this warning across Trustpilot, YouTube, and affiliate forums and read what the arabic platform bitarabi wrote about them

A company of this size should not be playing games with affiliate commissions. This is either systemic fraud or gross incompetence — either way, affiliates deserve to know.

STOLEN FUNDS? Missing deposit since March 18, 2026

I am extremely disappointed with JustMarkets. I deposited 65.79 USDT on March 18, 2026 (TXID: 0xcf20878e7220268e81ee7dc93ae77cbfecee3f2bfdf898a1957e69d281e9a714), but the funds have never reached my MT5 account (2002869580).
I have contacted support multiple times with full proof of payment, but they are completely ignoring my emails and chats. It has been 3 days with no resolution.
I have already filed a formal complaint with the FSA Seychelles and will not remove this review until my funds are credited and I receive a formal apology.
