Unreliable service every time

My experience with JustLife has unfortunately been far from positive across multiple services. With their laundry service, they often ignore the company I specifically request, and the alternative provider they send tends to damage clothes, something that has happened more than once.
Their cleaning service has also been consistently disappointing. It’s become a pattern that they cancel the appointment at the very last minute, right when it’s supposed to start, telling you, “Sorry, the professional is not available, we can send someone else.” In reality, the reason is simply that the driver refuses to drop the cleaner, and JustLife does nothing to fix this ongoing issue.
Their in-app live chat doesn’t work at all — nobody ever responds. And when you finally reach the customer service team, they have no idea how to help. The only thing they offer is a 30 AED compensation, which does nothing to address the actual problem or prevent it from happening again.
Overall, you end up constantly chasing them just to receive the basic services you’ve already paid for — an exhausting and unnecessary struggle that no customer should deal with.

Horrendous experience 4 times out of 4 separate attempts. Im kicking myself for giving so much of my time. Always an issue with cleaners, we had damaged furniture and Justlife didnt even care. They missed a cleaning appointment due to a minor issue. Ho rren dous

Zero stars, zero customer service

Had AC cleaning done by Just Life, which caused the AC to constantly spit out black dirt and soot, damaging my furniture. I made a complaint to Just Life and they agreed to send someone to fix the problem, but no one showed up. The customer service rep tried to blame me for the no show and was rude throughout the whole process. After dealing with another customer service rep, I was given all the scripted replies and promised a team would come to fix the problem. Another no show and absolutely no accountability from their side. It's been ongoing for three weeks and still no resolution.

Waste of money and time

Unfortunately booking Just Life for several services turned out to be the worst experience. Not really worth booking with them if you are looking to save time. I had to book cleaners from other company’s to come and fix things after Just Life. The same case is with their Nail technicians.
I had infections in the past after their nail services. Whenever I wanted to raise a complaint Just Life refunds the money back to the wallet, but the quality of their services is never getting any better.
Save yourself money and time, book with other company’s instead.

Painful doing anything with this company.

THE worst company I’ve ever come across. SO many bad experiences over multiple occasions, so many days wasted by them.

Example: yesterday I had booked oven repair and also window cleaning. The oven repair man turned up thinking he was fixing a lock when I explained I had booked via the oven repair section he said he couldn’t fix it (even though he is listed in the oven repair section) then said he could then got his driver to supposedly fix it by reconnecting the electricity that my landlords handyman had disconnected for safety until the oven was fixed -then told me it was fixed. I tested it and only the hob worked not the oven. The “oven repair” men assured me several times it was safe to use the hob and to cook on it.

A lot of time wasted on the phone to JustLife and they finally agreed to send someone else to repair the oven that day. The repair man never arrived and replied to my message saying my house was not in his area. So I had to call JustLife again and book another oven repair man who came today and said the rats had bitten all the wires and it was highly dangerous and thank God I had not used the oven in the evening as the previous men had encouraged me to (I didn’t as have learnt not to trust JustLife). When I explained this to JustLife they offered 68aed in vouchers to their company which will expire soon -I guess this is all they think the life of one of their customers is worth. (Their vouchers /credits can not be trusted to work either as I’ve learnt many times before, & they routinely change or disappear before their expiry time which is meant to be 60 days).

2) Re the window cleaners, JustLife cancelled their booking yesterday for no reason. When I called them they told me the men were not working but the man today told me himself he had the booking for my villa yesterday and had the time to do it but JustLife cancelled it for no clear reason. Again I had called JustLife and tried to get them to find someone, explaining I had taken the day off work and they said there was no one however it is clear the men originally booked were free and told me they did not have a busy day yesterday so could easily have done the job.

In addition the electrician measured lights to change and promised me to send me the costs of them but now won’t respond, second time this has happened. This is just one typical example of using JustLife -I have tried to use them several times and each time has been a huge waste of time and very painful dealing with their customer service. Eg my last experience they broke my door lock and never fixed it.

If you enjoy being let down, having your time and money wasted -& even having your life put in danger -then you’ll enjoy using JustLife!

Avoid booking through JustLife

Avoid booking through JustLife. The app has no reachable customer support or phone number, and there’s no one to contact when something goes wrong. JustLife provides no help or follow-up. Their partner cleaning companies are unprofessional and poorly managed — staff arrive late, are undertrained, and the company doesn’t take responsibility. Very disappointing — not recommended.

The staff walked off the job without even starting it. No explanation, just told me to contact support.

I did. Support scheduled another job. The staff didn’t even show up. No response to messages.

It's a scam in the name of offer.

I mentioned everything what need to be done,upon staff coming and saying I cannot do this.waste of time.
And later got msg saying staff waited for 30mins and the booking got cancelled.

Horrible Customer Centricity with Bad Behavior of the Staff

Absolutely low customer centric company sending unhappy and unethical staff who question customers on the time they have allocated and paid for the work and instead of coaching the employee to work on their committed duty they ask the employee to leave and send a cancellation message so the customer cannot give a review on the pathetic attitude and work done by the employee. I am speaking about this employee in specific who had the audacity to threaten me on the job and say do whatever you want I will cancel the job and kept questioning me on why I have booked 4 hours and kept threatening me through the job. It seems like she is the customer and I am the cleaner. Her name is Maribeth she is a Phillipina staff there with the attitude above the sky. On top of that the company has no mechanism to honor the bookings and just believe in refunds and cancellation. I have never had this experience with Urban Clap !

Very disappointing experience with justlife company

I booked a handyman through Justlife, and he simply never showed up. When I called him, he kept coming up with excuses first saying he was busy, then that he had another offer, then claiming he had an accident. I tried to reach the company directly to sort it out, but there was no proper contact number or support line to speak with anyone. That’s really unacceptable in Dubai, where service and reliability are expected.

It’s no wonder Justlife spends so much on advertising because they clearly need to make up for the lack of real customer service and accountability. A company that puts so much effort into marketing should invest the same energy in training and managing their service providers properly.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Justlife. They hire unprofessional staff, and when I reported the issue, the company did nothing to fix it. Instead, they offered me a small wallet credit of 30 AED as an apology.

However, when I tried to use that credit to book another appointment, they canceled my booking just 15 minutes before the scheduled time — even though I had booked it 15 days in advance. It feels like a trick to make you use your credit without actually providing the service.

Overall, very poor customer service and unreliable. I would not recommend using Justlife to anyone based on my experience.
