DONT BUY unless you’re certain you’ll like the wime! This company advertises a 60 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. However, after an agreement by email, I sent wine back and they then refused to refund my money! I’m very upset and lost a lot of money on wine I really didn’t like and couldn’t drink because they had promised a money back guarantee they haven’t honoured. Awful!

Ordered a few bottles of wine over christmas/new year enjoyed every bottle. lovely wine.

Efficient personal service and e product knowledge

Very informative about natural wine health benefits and the environment. I have always found this company to be reliable

I like the concept, but the wine just didn’t deliver a good experience, the cost was also more than I would normally spend, but decided to make an exception due to the health benefits and excellent quality as described & advertised.
The first two bottles were delicious, the third was corked, unfortunately & had to be thrown away. The forth tasted a bit too sweet for our taste, had to be thrown also. The last two were very high in alcohol 14% which are not our usual preference, and gave a bit of a hangover.
Now I realise we took out a subscription, I hope it’s not too late to cancel .. Huge disappointment.
Since writing the above review, I contacted the company at Just Grapes, & they were incredibly understanding, and instantly emailed back, refunding the order. & cancelled the subscription without any fuss.
I would like to say how much I appreciate the support, of a team who clearly have very high standards in Customer Care.
We found the first couple of bottles absolutely wonderful, and it’s probably impossible to cater to everyone’s taste with everything, so our experience probably isn’t typical of these selections which are intended to deliver the very highest standards & quality. Thank you!

Wasn't sure what to expect from these wines, so we purchased just two bottles to try. Just a glass of normal red wine was making me feel really rough and headachy the next day. The wines we had from Just Grapes were fantastic. The flavour was good and tasted like other red wine we might drink. The post-drink effect was obvious both overnight and the next day - I felt fine, no ill effects. I will definitely be buying more. I hope restaurants start stocking it and Just Grapes list who does, so we can eat and drink well when we go out.

Easy ordering process and very fast delivery service.

Always excellent service. I live in the north of Scotland and time I’ve ordered from Just Grapes it comes quick and doesn’t cost the earth! I love the choice of wines that I can’t get anywhere else. It’s always great to have a box when friends are up, to give them a treat. I love Just Grapes.

Love red wine but not the hangovers/sore head.
These wines are made without any nasty additives, so essentially it's the purest red wine you can drink.
Very tastey and I'll definitely be back for more.
