Started off with a very comfy coach and great driver, the hotel was nice, food good and staff exceptional , the only issue I had was the location of the hotel, I wanted to see the tattoo and walk round the fringe but our hotel was in Glasgow which made the fringe impossible topped with the fact that we didn’t get back to the hotel that night till 2.30 am which was to

Clean rooms, great staff.
Hotel was a little tired but the rooms were very clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. Our driver, Rob, was amazing, so friendly and went out of his way to help and be clear about pick up times.

only good thing about our trip was…
The only good thing about our trip was the food in the hotel the hotel our room had cleaning issues and was very noisy at night until 2/3 in the morning and the the place we wanted to go to the driver never took us there and that was whitstable we were a mile and a half away very disappointed u have emailed yourselves and had no response
