Just Go Holidays Reviews 

This is a follow up from my previous review for booking ref C198683 complaint ref 44549. On the 27th August I received a message from person called Monica to say the team would revisit our issue and be in touch, I called today as I did not get a further message and was told that they would look further onto our problem but starting from the beginning as this has already taken from 12th July and was told they could reach the same conclusion we feel very let down by a company we have traveled with many times over the years.

Staff always helpful friendly and knowledgable prices reasonable

Just Go were able to resolve my trip to Ireland by locating a single occupancy room, where others failed. I'd given up. Extremely pleased with Heidi for her efforts.

Well it’s difficult to put into words the amount of problems with this trip. Firstly we were picked up and then the next stop we had to wait over an hour at the next stop as the driver didn’t know it should have been a comfort break but nowhere to have a comfort break. Waited over an hour at the bus stop then the driver drove off with the side door open potentially allowing cases to be lost.
Although the driver was pleasant and tried his best he made us feel uneasy and unsafe when he was checking the information he had about the hotel and ringing the hotel whilst driving. Yes he had his sunglasses on to talk but he still had to punch the number in his phone as he had got it wrong.
We finally got to the hotel which I believe was a prison. I’m sure people in prison even get a tv to watch and a warm breakfast.
We did enjoy watching the concert but was dreading the drive home. I believe some of the customers returned home on the train to avoid the journey.
This is the first time using this company and unless we are compensated I won’t be using or recommending again.
Sorry it’s all moaning but we really didn’t enjoy or time. With the amount it cost it’s very disappointing.

Got picked up on time, made welcome by Dave the driver straight away, told us all what was happening next and all went to play until it didn’t but no fault of Dave the M6 was blocked so we took a detour but Dave kept us all informed, we was probably an hour late getting to the hotel but they delayed dinner for us, the hotel staff were very welcoming, the next day we went to Edinburgh was a good day then to the Tattoo in the evening that was absolutely brilliant, back to the hotel after cup of tea then bed, Breakfast then to the seaside for a couple of hours then off to Troon for another couple of hours, over all the weekend was really good yes I would book with just go holidays again.

BEWARE they can change your pickup point they have ours it will cost us £60 more

The lady I spoke to was great nothing was to much trouble I wasn’t rushed or anything
