Company great / Delivery Appalling
Company was great, delivery (DHL) was appalling. Complained to DHL didn't even get a reply.
Review score revised as the company was fantastic when I complained !
My view of DHL hasn't changed !

Thank you for your feedback and I'm really sorry to hear that DHL have let us all down with this delivery. It's always disappointing when this happens and I can assure you this will be taken further with DHL so hopefully we can avoid this happening again in the future. Our team here pride themselves on the fantastic feedback we get from our customers so when a low rated review comes in we always take extra notice.
In the meantime while we investigate the issues with DHL I am going to arrange for some more Oil & Fuel stabiliser along with a protective cover for the generator and some other accessories that may be useful to be sent out to you as gesture of goodwill and hopefully to make up for the inconvenience you have suffered.

Generator is superb. Easy to start off electric start or pull cord.
Used it to power a 2.5kw urn and a bunch of floodlights for bonfire night. Worked perfectly

They were not the cheapest but open and honest about who they were.
The delivery was exactly when they said it would happen.
