Be aware! When you see a good offer, don’t just jump in, you’ll get a VIP-membership (350,-kr/måned). It’s impossible to see this when you order the first pair of shoes, and it’s difficult to cancel your membership again. When I finally got it cancelled, they told me I could keep my bonus-points, but that has been reset to 0. So thank you for a very expensive pair of shoes, and 5 month of membership that I wasn’t aware of.

about your experience with JustFabs VIP memebrship.
It is true that many people don`t pay attention to read terms and conditions
( that are apsolutely visible on our website and everyone can read them )
but we can not agree that it is difficult to cancel the membership, as you wrote
just because it is very clearly stated that you can contact us anytime to do so.
As we`re open every day from Monday - Friday at 8. 00 - 20. 00 and
Saturday - Sunday at 10:00 - 18 : 00 anyone can get us and cancel it.
We have so many members that contact us every day, from different reasons,
either here or on facebook, twitter or instagram so no reason why it should be so difficult as you say.
Any time within opening hour you can get all the necessary help from our service.
Regarding your comment about (your bonus points) you do not have
we can tell you that you still actually have 4 member credits (and not BP)
that you can find in your showroom and use for a new purchase, as our colleague told you to do.
If you are logged into your profile, you can see them,
but if you need any help, regarding this, you can always ask for help from us.
Next time , we hope your shopping experience will be much better .

Absolutely HATE this company
Absolutely HATE this company. Their customer service is so subpar it gives me anxiety having to call them - whether its for a return, missing items, or just using my OWN money to purchase items (JustFab credits). Ridiculous and rude. Completely done with their unacceptable behavior towards their customers!

Terrible service
Terrible service. They are focus to rob you. Don't use the VIP membership. In my case I call 4 times to close it and they took me money for 6 months in total extra... They also change the terms & condition and didn't inform me so I remain without approx 2200 dkk. Don't recommend

Expensive membership rip off
It is not clear that you enter a membership (charging 350 DKK/MONTH!) when you buy something on this site. Further, it's not possible to cancel your membership online but you have to call some really bad phone connection where you hardly get through. I highly discourage others from buying from this site.
