Don’t get trapped, the way out is hard
Ordered from them multiple times and every time I need to return something I need to try different devices and all of them problematic. Even ordering does not always work and it fails but then you receive confirmation for ordering the same thing twice.
Contacted them about a refund to close my account but from customer suport în e-mail they sent me to customer suport on chat so they ping pong you until you give up.
This whole experience with the website is just like they keep it not working (orders, return, refund, skip the month) to make sure they get more of your money and make it impossible for you to do any actions without contacting support and somehow what works is in their benefit. Not being able to return/ get a refund, ordering looks problematic on their website and you can place the same order twice, not able to use the credit on the order.
The same with closing the account. I would like a refund of my money for the VIP membership because I cannot use it when I try but of course the policy does not allow that so when you get sick of it, you lose the money. “How inconvenient for their business” to withdraw money and then make it hard to use it or get it back while customer suport sends you a long list of actions to make the website work ( clear browser, phone, use incognito, restart everything)

Never ever buy anything from this company! They steal money from their customers🤬
I wanted to cancel my membership because I didn’t find anything I wanted.
And to begin with I didn’t even know that I would automatically get a membership if I bought something from them😳 so that’s how I got a membership to begin with.
However I have been a member for over a year because they charge you for 349 kr every month for absolutely nothing if you forget to “skip the month” before the 5 day in the month!!! And then they keep your money until you buy from them. But I never found anything I actually liked!
And I therefore wanted to cancel but first I wanted to ask how too use my member credits. Because I had heard that it could be possible too get them refunded back if you didn’t use them. So I sent an email to hear about what I could do and what would happen to my money and how I get them back because I wanted to cancel my membership.
So in my email I asked how to get my member credits refunded or how to use it before canceling because I wanted to cancel my membership, because I was tired off getting charged every time I forgot to skip the month! I have membership credits for about 1400 kr. And she didn’t answer any of my questions. I only got an email back saying that my membership now is canceled and they would refund 349 kr. But what about the rest of my money?🤬
So they have stolen 1047 kr from me for absolutely nothing🤬
She didn’t answer any of my questions. I sent that email because I first wanted too secure how to get my money back before canceling my membership so this is the worst service ever🤬 And now my account is closed!
