Non-Inspection Certificate re: Release of overseas package

I am very happy this online service with such easy access, is available to the public. The lawyer who dealt with my problem, was very helpful and professional, and was able to provide me with the information I needed reassurance on, which stopped me from being SCAMMED.

The operative was very unclear in his…

The operative was very unclear in his speaking to me. I had to keep asking him to repeat what he had said to the point that he seemed to become impatient with me. He gave me a new password but it did not work. He told me he would get Microsoft to talk to me by ringing me back. This did not happen and l waited all afternoon for the call as my problem was holding up my progress. I now believe that he had no intention of getting anyone to call me back. He just wanted to get rid of me!
I am left after spending 16 pounds & wasting hours waiting with no solutions.

Thank you for your advice, it gave me confidence to go back to my vet and ask for X-rays and ultra sound. I now feel I have done everything for my cat. I would truly recommend you to my friends.
