Dishonest service.…

I was having problems logging into my Talkmobile account and their Chatline advised me that they would put me through to JA Chat who would help me at the cost of £1, which would be redeemed later.

The £1 was taken out of my account on April 8th, but another £35 was taken from on April 11th. Neither fee has been returned.

Cancellations

They are a scam scam scam please do not use this app they took 1 pound and now have taken 35 pounds I was trying to cancel they asked for a further 9 pounds so have just cancelled my card for no further transactions. Be very aware of this scammers they ask for 1 pound once you put your account details you are trapped so please do not use this platform

Be warned. They are a devious.

They are a devious and usless company.
Having paid the pound and not read the reams of Ts&Cs they want to charge me a £35 per month subscription.
You try to cancel the subscription and they trhink they need another £9 to do so.
Scamers and fraudsters
Stay well clear of this company.

Complete rip off

Complete rip off. Recommended to speak to them by Dell. Charged £1 up front and then a recurring charge of £35 pm on my credit card that I did defintely did not sign up for. I have cancelled today using Eileen Houghton's review (thank you Eileen). I wil report this to my credit card company (MBNA) who have been largely useless on this issue.

ChatWithSupport Scam

I ordered a new shower head from a company on the Internet and it didn’t arrive so I phoned their customer support and initially was asked for £1 to confirm I was genuine, I was told it would be refunded. I was then put through to the company. I wasn’t suspicious because I thought it was perhaps a new way of verifying I was legitimate. Since then I have had two payments of £35 taken from my account by ChatWithSupport. My bank has now blocked them but because I paid with my debit card I will not get the money back. I’ve also contacted the company I ordered from so they are aware of the scam.

Disgusting!

Disgusting!! This is a complete rip off!! Don't go anywhere near them! Can't something be done about this!! They are taking advantage of vulnerable people and stealing money!! How can this be allowed to keep happening!!

Scam

All communication was over the phone paid £1 to authenticate I was real Paid £16 for the service Happy about that. Was never told about the £35 "Monthly Subscription". Couldn't find a way to cancel anywhere, went to the bank they stopped all future attempted Card payments
