Has been of great assistance with the issues I've been struggling with and did not take long to respond.

UnlockHere.com redirected me to a payment page to pay a fee of €2 for a membership ID which I will use to unlock my phone. However after the payment I did not receive the ID in the mail that was sent and was unable to unlock the phone. Prior to that the fee was charged twice and I got sent a mail by this platform to accept some gift card and so on. I am no longer interested I want my refund and cancellation of the membership to avoid any further charges. Thank you.

Paula replied to my e-mail and is preparing my money refound. However, I did not received my money back yet, but Paula is responding to my emails every time I write. As far as taking care of writing back to clients , She is doing a great job. Very good customer service. I am still waiting for my refund.

I don’t understand how there are any good reviews. This website is a scam, I had never visited it, I don’t do subscriptions or gift card sites like this the first I heard of them was an email confirming my subscription. I am pretty confident my purchase from bother site caused this without my consent. I blocked any future transactions and asked to cancel immediately and despite confirming my cancellation they tried to charge my card again. Dodgy dodgy dodgy. Stay away.

It's literally a scam site that steals your money and makes it hard to cancel membership NOT to mention it won't give your money back. Avoid it with your life. Reported on several places.

Total scam. As someone else on here, all I was trying to do was buy a car parking ticket and suddenly became a member. Currently getting in touch with my bank
