Website was easy to navigate, great variety of gifts, both products & delivery exceeded my expectations as I was kept up to date every step of the way. Delivery was perfectly on time & both recipients of my gifts were extremely happy with them. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be ordering again soon.

Awful customer service.placed an order for a keyring and mug for fathers day.the keyring turned up a few days before fathers day however the mug didnt. when i emailed them complaining i got a call back straight away but the person on the phone was really rude and started lecturing me about how a mug takes time due to quality checks and i should have paid the next day delivery rather than standard to recieve it in time for fathers day. It has been nearly 3 weeks and i have still not recieved it. I asked for my money back and got no response.

Extremely unhappy with this company and even 1 star is to many 😠
I placed an order on 24/05/20 for 2 items, received 1 after 3 weeks after emailing to get and update and still waiting on the other which I was told had to be redone due to quality control after I finally got a response on Facebook messenger.
I do not hold out much hope and believe the item was never and has never been sent.
After waiting for over a month for my second item I decided enough was enough so made an appeal for a refund to PayPal.
I now have a refund for my missing item and I will NEVER use this company again and will advise all my friends/family who I told about this company to Avoid them.
Their customer services are shocking, you only have to look at their reviews on Facebook to see how bad they are.

I ordered a personalised photo frame for Fathers day and when this was received the glass was cracked, they offered my an urgent replacement and refund which I am still waiting for. I also ordered Little stars personalised key ring with 2 names, I received a key ring with 3 names one had been duplicated. It is now 5 days and I have not heard from the company. Poor customer service

Terrible company!! Most of my emails just went ignored!!

I did receive what I can into describe as horrendous and found it shocking it was even posted to me, if it had been looked at by anyone they would have seen it couldn’t possible be right!!!!

I sent pictures and was told it would be replaced, nothing ever came and my last 2 emails went ignored again - not surprised at all!

I wouldn’t order again, shame coz the idea of the gift it was fab! Customer service is shocking!!
