Sadly the same as everyone else on here . Ordered my daughter 2 items for her birthday back at the start of February this year (2026) I messaged to ask where the item was around 2-3 weeks later. I had a reply quickly saying it was lost in transit and they would refund me. We are now in April, have chased multiple times but am now being ignored.

I never received the product or got a refund. Their customer service kept delaying and then stopped answering all together.

Pretty much the same experience with all the other reviews, low life scum bags, took my money sent me an email to confirm the order, 2 months after I had ordered I checked their tracking page & just kept saying in progress. Emailed their support team & like all the other customers got an email back apologising for the delay, following a further 3 emails I was told it had gone missing @ they would issue my refund.
Now in April, ordered in January 2026 & just not getting a response or acknowledgement.
I will be setting up the dispute & applying for a charge back through my bank in The morning.
AVOID this company like the plague its a scum bag set up to take your money & run!!

To make things right, we have processed a full refund to your original payment method. The funds should be back in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
This apparently seems to be the EXACT same email others have received.
I have emailed them 3 times, reported through Shopify who I purchased from (not heard anything), I have now contacted my bank (awaiting response!)
I have NEVER been in this situation and thankfully it is not a huge amount of money but that is not the point! It's the fact I have clearly been scammed.

I ordered my Grandson a Slide/Rocker Toy and got all appropriate emails saying order received and then one for dispatched. When no sign of item I chased by email and 'Alyssa' politely replied ( now understand it was AI) number of emails back and forth which appears to be same story others got. It's dispatched give it time, its been lost in transit, full refund processed and finally be patient as take 5-7 business day. I had been checking with my bank and sadly they have advised when I made the purchase that it seemed odd but I confirmed I had made the purchase. They are now looking at a charge back as confirmed no refund being processed. I thought it was safe to purchase as was a Sponsored Facebook advert but seems a total scam!!! Most of the reviews posted here are exactly my feelings too...

When it hadn't arrived I emailed asking why the tracking number was working and was told my order had been lost and it jnky happens to 1% of people and I would receive a full refund. 5 days later I asked about my refund and was abruptly told it takes 5-7 business days and to be patient lol guess what!! 11 business days later still no refund and no replys to any if my emails sent over the last 5 days. Have contacted my bank and they are doing a charge back and gwttjng the mkney back for me. I was able to provide them with all the emails.

Item ordered/paid for 16th Feb, emailed them asking for tracking details when I spotted it had been shipped. I received a prompt reply saying after thorough investigations my parcel had been lost in transit but they would arrange a full refund and I would receive it 5-7 working days.
Refund failed to appear so I asked for transaction details for my bank and was told that they had already processed refund and to be patient. No details were sent. I still have no refund and now no response from them after emailing again. Complete scam - DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS BUNCH!!
