Beware
Beware! You will be charged over and over again even though there was no membership. Tried calling and immediately get busy signal. I have cancelled my card and ordered a new card.
A total scam
A total scam! A complete ripoff posing as offering assistance. I was trying to buy perfume and having trouble, they popped up saying we can help you with your purchase all you need to do is ask, so I typed my question. Not only could I not make my purchase, but they robbed fifty dollars from me. A dirty business!
Just Answer using slight of hand to get you to sign up
I was trying to sort out a subscription problem with Paramount Plus and was asked if I wanted to be transferred to a technician.I clicked yes and a window popped up asking for my credit card details. I thought the payment was going to Paramount but it turned out that I was signing up to Just Ask for a one time fee of £1 then £39 per month. As soon as I realised this I contacted Just Ask to say this had been done in error and requested a refund which they refused stating I had agreed to the terms and conditions of their service. Those terms and conditions never appeared on the screen. They refused to give a refund so now I have requested my credit card company to make a chargeback. I feel Just Ask are using dubious tactics to get money from you

I had a question about a download after scrolling 3 pages of legal bs it was noted I would be charged $5 but it would be redeemed . I was on hold 5 minutes no person came on line so I signed off, Only to see a $55 charge on my credit card 30 minutes later. What a scam!!!!!
It's A SCAM!
I asked a question about appliance repair a couple of months ago and, although was told the service would cost $15, was charged $55. Then a recurring charge of $33 showed up on my statement today.
Ironically, when I was finally able to get "support" to try to cancel, I was interacting with an AI bot that wanted to charge me another $5 plus a $30/month fee.
This is a scam
This is a scam, hoping you don't check your credit card statement. I was told a $1 fee for the answer to my question. Later I was charged a $55 fee and the next month another $55 fee. I was never told this would be an on going charge until you figure it out and call to cancel, then they are sorry but they can't refund your money. BEWARE!!!
Fee was a scam but advice was excellent
Website says it is $5 for first visit, but I was charged $55 which was for one month. Two weeks later I sought more advice online but was asked to pay monthly fee again. No place on website to cancel. AI was of no use and could not get to person Finally found ph. # (800-064-0961) on my PayPal account and got to customer service. Rep. told me that my account was closed same day as I pd. for a month. He gave me a refund which went through immediately on PayPal.
The advice I received was excellent and helpful in my situation. Really liked the lawyer, Chris Fried, who was very knowledgeable and took time to be sure I could follow through on his advice.

Dr left innaproptiate delays between communications I feel to try to get me to call at cost of £34,very frustrating tactic particularly when Ur unwell ,then overloading me with messages after I asked to cancel, the whole experience leaving me exhausted
Total scam company
Total scam company. They say for just £2 you can get an evaluation on an item. Turns out you are somehow signing up for much more and they start taking regular payments of £24 from your account. I’ve had to fight it with my bank and it’s taken a year for them to agree that I’ve been scammed and start fighting for my money back. Do. Not. Use. This. Company. They are thieves!
SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY
was trying to contact Amazon. Just ask popped up so I asked my question. NOWHERE do you see paperwork that says you will be signing up for a service. Mine said 1.00 fully refundable. The charge came to 52.00 fully UNREFUNDABLE.
They are scammers
They are scammers. Said a 5 dollar refundable charge and charged me 46 dollars to ask a question. They contact to get refund no one cares about the fact I was mislead. Please don't waste money like I did on these scammers
Scam to the MAX
I contacted these SCAM pro's this morning at what I thought was at the advice from Apple Computer, but it was NOT. First their AI bot Pearl told me the cost was $1.00, but it turned out to be $56.00 and I had to wait to find out my answer that was simple, my Macbook Air was old and no longer updateable. Then JustAsk cancelled what was supposed to be a month long subscription to their service. Do NOT use this company for anything, they will just take your money, wait until you can talk to apple support for free which is what I should have done. It's plain and simple a SCAM nothing more, nothing less PERIOD.

I was scammed of 29 euro like that I was charged a euro and out of nowhere my account was charged 29 euro and they also said they would charge me again at the end of the month, unfortunately I used Revolut but they were helpful
I have also been scammed too
I have also been scammed too. $440 in total. My bad for not really checking my account properly each month, but I never signed up for a membership. Does anyone want to band together a make a class action lawsuit against this obviously fraudulent company

This company should be sued by the police immediately. I'll do my very best. They charge me 55 dollars every month for a so called membership I never signed up for. They hacked in on my credit card. I never asked them for help. Nor did they help with anything.
Told me charge was £5
Told me charge was £5. Then set me up for membership of £50. I never agreed to this. Beware. I am getting my bank involved
Beware
This service said they were charging me $1 for advice and they tried to debit my account $55. Fortunately, my bank suspected the fraud, and they locked down my debit card before the charge could go through. Just Ask is dishonest. User beware.

I was charged £1 for advice which did not help. They then tried to take £30 out of my account without my permission. Luckily my bank stopped it but I had to get a new card ordered on Christmas Day. Total scam artists, stay away.
