Taken advantage of.
First thing you have to give is your credit card and of course it is reimbursable. Then you will need to pay and of course paypal works perfect for this since you are automatically charged a monthly fee. Not sure who uses this service but I made the mistake of calling in with a question and I was told you are charged by the question so if you are not calling in with questions you do not get charged. (Wrong) Called in with one question in June and I was charged for 5 consecutive months. Not sure if this is a service by the question or by the month but I sure felt like I was scammed or taken advantage of. $275 dollars worth or $55 a month until canceled. Not sure who is in need of that kind of service. Not me and no refund.
Front for a Scam to get $65
This company is a front for a non-consenting membership fee of $65. They don't tell you, they just charge you. I thought I was working with a veterinarian and it turned out to be a front for this awful company. They should be illegal. Shame shame shame on them.
Total scam beware
Total scam beware. I clicked on $5.00 and thought I made a mistake as $60.00 was paid to Paypal.

How is this possible
How is this possible? I just read a lot of reviews with my same story. I used Just Ask to find a way to make a return to an online company with out having to pay for shipping. The after paying $5 & explaining myself 3 times, the "expert" gave me a link that sent me to the shopping site I had been using. I finally paid the shipping & was satisfied when I was credited with both the cost of the item & the shipping fee.
That was 6 weeks ago. I received a notification from my credit card company today indicating that they have denied a $55 charge from a company Just Ask & was it authorized. I am getting a new card & Just Ask is getting nothing? I was never told that I was signing up for an ongoing service with a monthly fee. I was explicitly told it would be a ONE TIME charge of $5. My next step is to email the company I shop online with to let them know who they have representing them.

I would have given this company a minus but you can’t do that .

Her bank it looking into this theft . You had better refund this money or I will be plastering your company all over social media and I will be leaving a negative review everyday till it’s back in her account

Paid for an expert and never received a phone call to actually ASK...
Not to be trusted. Sorry.
I agreed to pay the requested £5.00 for one question. They then charged me £42 twice!!!!! And they do not respond. ..terrible. I found it had a ln account !! I have requested a response on there. Also cancelled membership which will end on 26th Sept. Update soon.
AVOID OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!
EVERYTHING! REMOVED MONEY FROM BANK WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. Ring & ANSWERPHONE SAYS CANCELLED. & GIVEN CANCELLATION CODE. LIE!. STILL TAKING MONEY FROM ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. BEWARE.
They would not respond to my request…Bitwarden support stinks
They would not respond to my request for assistance in accessing my Bitwarden account. I am dyslexic and autistic and I apparently copied my masterpassword incorrectly. The chatbot offered to connect me to IT but demanded a fee of 5.00. They then attempted to enroll me in a paid program. I refused and they would not answer my question all the while pretending to be neurodivergent friendly. They are not. As for a positive note, the chatbot attempted to be helpful.
Scam/ theft
Scam! Paid £5 initially for some advice, supposedly from lawyers. Which lawyers reply with many spelling errors and incorrect grammar?
Next day, they took out £55 out of my account. Unauthorised. I did not sign up for anything with them as advice was very generic and didn't need it any further. Theft. Reported it to my bank.
Don't use them. Trust the reviews most of them are extremely negative
Just like other people are saying. They insist that you pay a fee supposedly $5. Maybe they answer your question but they don't a lot of times too. Then they charge you for a subscription and you charged monthly thereafter. I pitched a fit about that and said I would not pay. I was told no worry I could just call back and cancel it. Which I did. Then unfortunately I realized that they did not resolve the problem so I got back with them and said hey you did not resolve my problem then I had to pay them the $5 again. Then they never took the $5 off nor the $45 off nor the recurring charges thereafter. When I called him back to take off the charge they said they had. When I got my bank statement they had not taken off the charge. So I called them back they said they would reverse the charge. She said she had indeed reverse the charge and sent me a text saying so. Immediately afterwards I got a text from the banks fraud department wanting to know if I had requested a withdrawal from just ask for the very amount they were supposed to have been reimbursing me. When I call them back they refuse to do anything saying it had already been reversed. No matter how many times I said the reverse did not go through as a reverse it went through as a debit on my account. Then she said I should call my bank I told her I already called my bank that's why I'm calling her back. It's a huge mess! Don't use this company there are tons of terrible reviews.
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. I consider this a scam. They charge you 60.00 and they never give you an answer to the question they ask. When you cancel your membership they tell you there will be no further charges. The whole thing is run by bots. Someone should take this off of the web.
I went on line to get a prescription…
I went on line to get a prescription for my UTI. After having to join a “MEMBERSHIP” to talk to a doctor I was told that the doctors “do not give medical advice they only provide medical information”! So I was charged $48.00 to tell them I had a URI and needed a prescription and they agreed and told me to go to Urgent Care!
I went to Walgreens.com and the site sent me to Just Ask.
SO DONT BE FOOLED INTO THINKING YOU WIL BE GETTING HELP. ONLY MEDICAL INFORMATION. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I can’t believe the scams that are out there!! Even includes the medical field now!! So BEWARE!!
You pop up on my phone
You pop up on my phone. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR SCAM COMPANY. YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BEFORE. DONT DO IT AGAIN
I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY. I WISH TO PERMINATLY BLOCK YOU
The are scammers
If there was a minus star I'd give it. Justask are scammers. I should have known that nobody talks money to refund it. They couldn't help me they said, so I need to get my $5. But to my astonishment they also withdraw $42. Now the said that I must have unknowingly subscribed to something. I only chat wit a technician that told me shortly after we started that I need to change the VPN which is not possible in my country. So the chat ended. I haven't been on their website at all.
PEOPLE LET EVERYONE K OW TO BE CONSCIOUS. THEY ARE THIEFS. I was looking for the customer service from zosi but the responded. I thought it was zosi. When I said that I couldn't change the VPN they first advised me to contact the customer service from zosi.
Justask misrepresentative themselves as…
Justask misrepresentative themselves as Microsoft. They Charged my credit card without authorization. They’re good at texting but that’s about it. My credit card company insinuated they have an issue with this business.
Run from them.
This outfit is a scam
This outfit is a scam. You pay $5 to ask a question and they sign you up for a membership. I was charged $53 for a $5 question. They refused to refund my money. It appears this has happened before. Do NOT trust this site.

This service committed fraud and lied to my me as well as didn't Evan attempt to for full my request from them
I was told in simple understandable and clear statement that they would help me get my cat a place to get a rabies shot on same day service in order to help me find a vet. That day in order for my cat to be allowed to board the plane with me that evening. They said there would be a 5 dollar fee which was totally refundable after they connected me to a vet in my erea. Emediately my card was first charged a 45 dollers charge and then right after that they charged my card again a 5 dollar charge. I was distracted trying to talk to who they transfered me to and I noticed the charges and began to address the charges and that they were not what I was told to exspect or what had been done. They ignored my request and simply stated only that I had been transfered to the vet and that was their goal. I had to switch back to supposed vet the transfered me to. In y conversation with them and I was told to look up the very thing I was told they were doing for me. I tried several times to resolve the matter and they simply end the conversation every time I would complain and ask for my money-back and telling them that their action were fraudulent needless to say i got nowhere and received no help once so ever. Wasted my time and took money from my card and without saying a word about at of these being charged toy card except A 1 time full refundable 5 dollar charge . The service didn't do anything in regards to what I asked for from them now I'm just extremely upset because it's clearly fraud they committed and then their rude behavior and all of this is unecceptable.
