I had never heard of Jumingo before
I had never heard of Jumingo before, however I needed my daughter to send us some urgent documents from the US to Spain, where we live. I easily arranged and paid for a 1-2 express service. The envelope my daughter used was a regular 9x5 envelope....the driver said it was the smallest package he had ever picked up!! But they picked up on a Friday afternoon in Colorado and we received by noon on Monday! It was literally half the price of using DHL directly on their website. Thank you Jumingo I will definitely use you again!!

Why aren't you answering me? You promised to pay me money, you haven't responded to my requests. I wrote a review about you 3 times. In the end, do you decide on labels or are you just feeding people with promises?

Ordered around 50 labels with the right measurements and weight and paid the overcharge for every single label.
I filed claims for all the orders that I got overcharged for but I never received a response. The customer service is really lacking.
Got charged for customs in the US that my customers paid for as well, so got double charged.
Lost around 1000 euros because of this, I highly recommend to use Packlink instead.

I booked a shipment 10 days ago nothing happened
I booked a shipment 10 days ago, to pick up a parcel and have it send to me. No one showed up. After 5! Consecutive tries I gave up. The feedback from support was vague and non-committal.
I decided to just book directly with a logistics company and the parcel was picked up within the hour.
Never again.

All I can say is wow - very impressed.
All I can say is wow! Talk about excellent service, Amsterdam to Australia in less than 5 working days. I normally use the normal postal service but I came across Jumingo when I was looking for something cheaper. The cost was about 30 euros cheaper and 3 times the speed of regular post and much easier to track. I will definitely be using this service again.

Catastrophic Service – Never Again
I booked a UPS pickup through JUMiNGO for 5 large parcels in Cork, Ireland.
Since 27 April 2026, I was promised every single day that the pickup would take place “today” – yet nobody ever showed up.
At one point, new shipping labels were even issued and additional pickups were confirmed, but nothing changed. My most recent emails were eventually ignored completely.
Particularly frustrating:
several days of unnecessary organizational effort,
repeated empty promises from customer support,
no proactive communication or actual problem solving,
complete silence in the end.
I ultimately had to recover the payment through PayPal.
Anyone who depends on reliable shipping should think carefully before using this provider. My experience was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Conclusion: Absolutely not recommended.
