I had a really great experience with Juizz Amsterdam. They have been really helpful with both purchasing the bike and helping to setup all services around it such as the Tracefy GPS tracker or the insurance. The only challange I had is the order was 2 weeks later than the scheduled appointment and when I called the call centre they were not really capable to help, nor to connect me via phone the Juizz Amsterdam shop.

A High End Bike Store
Here is one downside to ordering the bike online from another country. If you don't have a Dutch bank account, then you would need to wire transfer the money and it has no system in place to know what exactly after the money is transferred. Other than that, getting a reputable and trusted brand bike from them is recommended. Also, they carry all bikes of all sorts for family from front box to long tail cargo bikes. They have multiple shops which makes it easy to bring your bike in for repairing. You can rely on their service, and I believe this is what makes them apart from other shops.

Maybe I was unlucky but I'm currently having the worst possible customer service experience with this company.
I bought a bakfiets at the Juizz store in Amsterdam. Ordering the bike was fine but, after that, getting it was a nightmare. Because I'm moving to a different city I asked to have the bike delivered to my new address but, because I'm not living there yet I need to be there for the delivery. It should not be a difficult arrangement since they do deliver when you buy online and let you pick the date. I made sure to confirm that the bike could be delivered at an arranged time.
First of all, I had problems with getting an invoice for the bike and clarifying what I was going to pay for. After a small ordeal of its own, this was eventually solved. However, this initial experience told me that getting help from them is extremely difficult and when they say they're going to call back, they don't. In any case, I moved on.
I was then told I would get a call to arrange the delivery at a specific date. Waited 2 weeks over the day they said they were going to call with no contact. So I contacted them.
First response was asking me to pick the bike up myself: this is not what was agreed so when I said no they told me they would get in touch to arrange a delivery instead. Waited a week with no contact.
I call again and the second response tells me that the bike has already been picked up from the store: I did not pick the bike up so when I said it made no sense they told me they would get in touch to see what happened. Waited a few days with no contact.
I call again and customer service can't reach anybody at their own store. So I'm told there's nothing they can do other than ask the store to call me back. Waited a few days with no contact.
I finally get a call from the store that tells me the bike can only be delivered either after 7pm by the person managing the store if they can (??) or I have to wait for a call from the warehouse people to arrange the delivery. At this point I'm not waiting for any more calls.
If you buy online you can arrange a delivery date so why can't I do the same if I buy at the store and am told that I will be able to arrange delivery? In any case, I am now told that the bike is going to be delivered to the Juizz store at the other city and I can pick it up from there. Guess what? I have to wait for yet another call from them to tell me when. Is this call going to happen? It's already been a while and it hasn't but I'm waiting and in the meantime I'm posting this.
Horrible customer service. If you can't provide a service when I buy the product, tell me straight instead of making promises you can't keep. I would have bought it somewhere else.
Understaffed
Honestly, the store is really difficult to contact, they never answer the phone not directly or from the central customer service. The bike isn't as ordered, its not ready as shown on their internal system, they are quite rude etc. Unfortunately stuck with them as that's who the bike was supplied through, but every time I dread going into the store as they are just not fun to deal with. They quite obviously need more staff to be able to do what they want to do. They are just overwhelmed.
The best bike shop in town
Juizz Rotterdam is the best bike shop in town! Not only because of the bike offering, but because their team is very supportive and kind.
Great shop with great people, but they're just too busy
The people at Juizz Haarlem are very nice, helpful and friendly. They have a great variety of bikes and good advice. Unfortunately they are so busy there are quite some delays and it is very difficult to get in contact with the store to find out what is going on. The main customer service centre is not particularly helpful because they also struggle to contact the Haarlem store. It's a great shop with great people, but unfortunately they can't keep up and it hurts their customer service.

Suffice to say, Rafael made our ordering/purchasing experience close to flawless as can be. Rafael's customer service is exceptional. In short, our experience was fantastic. Rafael's attention to detail is in not small part why we would consider Juizz again for a future ebike as well as referral other friends over any other ebike store we visited. Thank you
