I bought a bike from them and a final destination was a Croatia. It took below 15 days to receive a parcel. Even when I had concerns where my bike is employees form Wielersport where aleays there for all my questions. Thank you for pleasant shopping experience.

BE CAREFUL. I bought a Time Trail bike on special offer. Soon after I realized that the bike was put together using parts that do not work well together. Also realized that some parts (the brakes) are not produced anymore and therefore almost impossible to find. This is an issue since only these brakes fit the frame Without these specific brakes the entire bicycle is not operational. I already have an issue with one of the brake levers.
I have had a lot of issues with the bicycle and my impressions is that it was put together using whatever parts were around. I have shared my experience with the shop, but they have decided to totally ignore my email.
The bicycle was bought under the condition that it could not be handed back (no cooling of period), and I now understand why.
No doubt that I feel cheated, and the bicycle is definitely not worth the money I paid.
All I can say now is BE CAREFUL.

After my initial review I was contacted by Wielersport Math Salden. After communicating a few weeks, they sent me the necessary spare parts to get my TT bike up and running. I have a lot of experience working on bicycles (TT bikes) and I have all the necessary tools, so I was able to do all the work myself. I am writing this to give Wielersport Math Salden credit for engaging and also accepting the issues I had with the bike. We found a solution and after my adjustments, I am happy with my new bike.

A good salesman doesn't show up when I send you a package and it arrives. A good salesman only shows up when there's a problem. A good dealer is one who abides by his terms and conditions, which he has published on his website. A good seller is one who solves the problem and does not make excuses. Math Salden is certainly not a good salesman. I ordered a Bianchi bike, paid for it and my bike got lost on the way. And only now you find out that the seller is not so great. I waited two months before they kindly refunded my money. I sent a lot of emails to some they didn't even answer, I made a lot of phone calls . All the excuses were still the answer that I have to wait. Post NL wrote to me after 20 days that the package was lost and that it would not be delivered
I ordered the bike with great anticipation before Christmas so my 12 year old daughter would have a nice gift.
She didn't find her gift around Math Salden.

I ordered a bike online, and got it with some delays because of Christmas times. Gunther and Alain were through all a lot of help. Now I got the bike and I’m very happy with it.

Hello, I ordered the Wilier bike and it arrived in one week in Slovenia. They were kind enough to change the smaller cassette to a bigger one. One downside the bike didn't come with the pedals that they promise.

Excellent price/quality bikes. One of the best shop in Europe.

Bought a road bike. It was very well assembled, basically just needed to do the final personal adjustments. Also very well packaged, no problems with the shipping from the Netherlands to Finland. These guys are professionals.
