Excellent customer service
The website is easy to use - clear and easy to place orders. Customer service is excellent - always someone on the end of the phone and they are helpful dealing with any specific requests.
A small problem I had with my delivery was quickly and courteously sorted.

Although there was a problem with my order you responded quickly and helpfully when told and giving a discount on the incorrect items, supplying the correct ones next day after Monday back in the office and supplying a repeat item after a split rice bag arrived albeit the rice was in good condition. Impressed by your customer service!

My package was left on the doorstep…
My package was left on the doorstep after a quiet tap on my door as I am disabled it took me a few minutes to get to the door by which time the courier was already driving away.. It was difficult for me to bend down and lift the parcel. I was very disappointed. The products delivered were very good. Peggy Myer

Another great delivery received
My order arrived very quickly and everything was in order as expected. I have used Traidcraft Tea for many years and love its delicious strong taste, enough for the largest cup. We have enjoyed the Chickpea Puffs before and they were really delicious; hence we have ordered more. I love that the food producers are paid a fair wage, just like I expect for myself. Keep up the good work.
