Good products, efficient service.

My order was handled swiftly and efficiently and came promptly. The goods were well packed and just as described. The person I spoke to on the telephone prior to my order was friendly and helpful.

True Origin goodies

My parcel arrived speedily and was very well packed in sustainable packaging. It's great to be able to purchase Fair Trade food stuffs and Transform Trade's tea bags alongside organic and ethical goods from other suppliers. Well done and thank you.

What a great company!

True Origin is a very impressive, ethical company, which sources the food it sells from a range of suppliers, with whom they establish a relationship. A large proportion of their stock is Fairtrade and /or with sustainable and ethical credentials, which really matters to me. I also love the fact that much of what they sell is different to the tins and jars you can buy at any supermarket- being able to buy really delicious pineapple or apple jams, for example at a reasonable price and with the awareness that the producers have received a fair wage and have good working conditions is wonderful!
