I needed a new water feed to my home to improve pressure and flow in the house. Todd and Tom were very quick to respond, visit and quote. They then undertook the work soon and on time and to a very high standard. Todd went the extra mile in sorting out a few associated issues and the results are excellent - I have not hesitation in recommending them.

After being messed around by the big water authorities and having had no clean water in the property for almost two weeks, I had the good luck to contact Todd at JT Pierpoint and the assistance and immediate response was incredible he arrived the following day located the problem and is making every effort to undertake the work as a priority. His professionalism knowledge and work ethic was a welcome change in this day and age A ++++

A service with integrity! Had a leak under my patio. It had rare imported tiles. Todd was very professional turned up when he said he would. Did the whole job in a day including lifting and re-placing the same tiles without breaking them. I wish all tradesmen had his care and work ethic. 10 out of 10.

Severn Trent informed us our mains water supply had a leak and arranged for their engineers to investigate. We were informed we needed an approved contractor to repair it. We contacted J T Pierpoint to give us a quote. The lead pipework was replace with plastic, under and existing block pathway, and completed in 2 days. This installation involved digging / moling, and tidying the area when completed. We were extreamly happy with the quality of the work carried out , and can highly recommend J T Pierpoint .

From my initial enquiry I was impressed with Todd’s attitude to help resolve my water leak. Really good customer service and very professional. He came out to my property early on a Sunday morning to review and offer advice before providing a very prompt quote giving estimates for potential different scenarios.
Himself and Tom arrived on time to start the works and after initial investigations offered advice on different options. We ended up opting to replace the old water supply pipe to the property and relocating the stop tap. They worked extremely hard and carried out the works to a very high standard. I was really impressed with how well they completed the ground works afterwards. You could barely see where they had been and left the job really tidy. Highly recommended!

JT Pierpoint Utilities did an amazing job to fix our water leak. They came out to quote straight away, and booked us in so quickly at a time and date that was convenient. On top of that the work they carried out was exceptional, and our water pressure has never been so good. I cannot recommend Todd enough, he kept us in the loop all throughout the process and filled the holes and relaid our driveway. If you need any water leaks fixed I would not hesitate recommending JT Pierpoint.

Outstanding service from start to finish

We had a leaking water pipe somewhere under the front garden and were dreading the disruption. From the moment these guys arrived, any worries disappeared. They quickly located the leak with minimal disturbance and carried out the repair efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard.

The quality and speed of the work were second to none. Just as importantly, the team were friendly, helpful, and extremely professional throughout, taking the time to explain what they were doing and leaving everything tidy afterwards.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with a hidden leak or similar issue — genuinely excellent service!

Todd did a great job on an awkward lead service pipe renewal to eliminate a leak under the building on the old service pipe. Kept informed throughout, great advice on how to deal with Severn Trent, left the site tidy and clean. Would thoroughly recommend JT Pierpoint

Todd is a diligent an knowledgeable engineer who applies expertise to solve unusual problems.

He completes the job in hand and leaves the house and garden in a tidy condition.

I contacted Todd regarding an outside underground water pipe leak at my mums house . He response to my call was fast and professional . I have recently used this company to fix an underground water pipe leak, which the water company would not replace. Todd gave a fantastic service, from start to finish. He was very amiable and easy to talk to, explaining exactly what needed to be done and gave me two options, one cheaper than the other. We arranged a mutually convenient time to do the repair and he was very prompt and reliable. He kept me informed throughout, and sent me photos and even a video of before and after the repair. We had a few companies give us a qoute for a lead replacement watermain, this was the company we chose not completely on price alone, all work that was needed to be carried out was explained clearly & organised well, work attendance by the employee's, on the day at the agreed times arranged where spot on, after all the works where completed, the site was left as was before they arrived, no complaints there, would i recommend this company definitely..
