I buy pellets usually every month, I have never has a problem in the last 3 years. I can honestly say that I have never experienced any issues over this time. Can highly recommend them!

I received excellent service from JSR. Not only were the pellets considerably cheaper than I have previously paid with another supplier but the carriage change was 50% less. The pellets were very securely packed in a stout cardboard box and wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap. I was given regular updates with the progress of my order.

My first order from JS Ramsbottom was way back in 1993 , and my most recent was January 2024 . First class customer service ALWAYS .

Answered my email within a couple of minutes, about a certain batch number of pellets I was after and was sent pictures of the batch I wanted as well as another batch. And told to email Edward back when I had got the items in my basket and he put a note on the order for that batch. 30 minutes later it was dispatched and I received the well protected pellets the next day 👏🏻👏🏻

The compact and lightweight design of the monocular makes it incredibly convenient to carry around, making it an ideal companion for outdoor adventures.

Shocking level of service, absolutely beyond belief. They can clearly see my order went to the wrong address and now ignore my calls and messages to help me resolve their problem. I’m guessing the gamble looks to be, if it goes well then great but should there be an issue, then they are not bothered, literally not interested in a refund and resolving the issue. What happened to good old customer service…you should really take a long look at yourselves….
