I looked up your order number that you added here, and it seems you did get your code instantly.

So what is not working here ?

The Dredge deluxe edition comes with 4 keys, did you use all 4 keys ?
Are you able to tell us what’s not working ?

I see you did write a mail to us at 04:49 at night.
Our support don’t work on weekends before 08:00, but I see they did respond to you already 07:48, asking you the same question

What is not working?

Looking forward to hearing from you what the root issue is here? As the game was delivered instantly, and we never see keys not working.

From what I can see, you picked up "Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarök" for Ubisoft Connect, but it seems there was a mix-up as you were looking for the Steam version.
