I purchased a 3-1 foldable charging…

I purchased a 3-1 foldable charging station. I reached out for a refund because my AirPods weren’t charging. The team got back to me via email with an hour with a fix. Within a few hours everything was working and I love this item! Amazing customer service and quality item.

I reported a defect of my LOC8…

I reported a defect of my LOC8 Motionkey to the Journey team on 04/30/26. I then received the answer that the next 24-48 hours someone will take care of my request and get in touch. It didn't take half an hour for someone to get in touch. After 1.2 inquiries about the damage and my current address, I received the shipment tracking for a new key holder in the morning on 01.05.26. Thank you for the fast and accommodating support. This is how you deal with these situations. Thank you.

A product i baught stopped working

A product i baught stopped working. Contacting them sending video and what went wrong was so easy. Within 2 days was sorted and replacement sent out. Professional, efficient and effective. And priyanka was very helpful and speedy with responses.

I purchased the Journey REEVUS bottle…

I purchased the Journey REEVUS bottle and I'm very happy with the build quality. Unfortunately, my unit had a minor defect, but the warranty process positively surprised me. The customer service team responded instantly—after a quick exchange of messages, they sent me a new bottle completely free of charge, with no extra costs or unnecessary paperwork. A very professional approach to the customer. I highly recommend this brand!

In a marketplace where almost everything feels commoditized, it’s easy to default to price as the deciding factor. But this experience was a clear reminder that value goes far beyond that.

First-rate customer service

I was bought a LOC8 key organiser as a gift but once I started using it I realised there was an issue with the screw mechanism which was affecting how well the product was working overall. Once we contacted Journey, their customer care turned out to be top notch. They kept in contact with us, checked in with us, and provided all the details we needed without prompting. We received a brand new unit that I believe they had double checked in advance and it's working exactly as advertised.

While the price is higher than competitors, I can see now that the product quality, form factor, and customer service justify the price.

My experience with the service team was…

My experience with the service team was excellent. They were responsive, addressed my issue, flexible and respectful.

I was dealing with the LOC8 Versa wallet where the leather at the corner was splitting open. I sent photos to the team and asked if it could be replaced. They were quick to reply, and deemed my request was appropriate. I am now getting a free replacement for my LOC8 versa wallet, shipped for free.

Customer Service second to none!

I'd reached out because a charger and wall plug weren't working; (this is amongst many that I've bought for myself and my family). Support responded within a couple of hours and helped me trouble shoot the issue and in the end it was user error on one, but the wall socket was broken which they immediately sent out a replacement ... no questions asked. I can't say I've had that experience with any product before. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased three key organizers from JOURNEY, and one of the units arrived defective. After reaching out to their sales team via email, I was impressed by how promptly they handled my claim. Their response was quick, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout the process.

While it was disappointing to receive a defective product, JOURNEY’s customer service made the experience much more positive. Reached out to customer service for a charging cable I lost for my LOC wallet. I reached out to the customer service to purchase a new cable. However the offered to provide one free of charge. I loved the Wallet and getting the cable for free meant a lot. Can't get better customer service than that. They listened to the customer and did everything possible !! Thanks Anjali !!!
