bought Moroccanoil from this website, complete rubbish! I compared the product with the original product I still have, not the same at all. very runny and no aroma as well. fake product for sure. will not buy from them!

This is worst experience ive ever had…

This is the worst experience ive ever had with online purchasing. I keep getting emails saying my item is ready for pick up, but they wont tell me from where. Ive tried to get in touch with customer service and there doesnt seem to be one. I will never buy from this company again

This is a rip off website !

This is a rip off website !! BUYERS BEWARE !!
The scam they run is to tempt you to buy cheap clothes at a fraction of the cost, once paid they'll email you to say it's 'suddenly no longer in stock' but will refund you, BUT, only via POINTS to use on their rip off website !!
This is a 100% honest review based on personal experience!!

DO NOT BUY FROM JOOM, THEY RUN A SCAM WEBSITE AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR !!

Shoes were delivered with in a broken and taped shoebox

Ordered 2 pairs of Reebok Legacy Lifters. One package was cancelled so only one arrived.

The shoebox it arrived in was broken and was taped on one side to keep it together.

Shoe was produced in Vietnam (which is fine) but the box description was in chinese. Therefore, we had to inspect it thoroughly to determine if it was counterfeit or not. Luckily it seemed to be real.

Joom did offer me a refund, however I had to pay for Shipping to Hong Kong from Sweden which simply was not worth it.

Will not purchase from them again.

Scam

Scam, avoid. Ordered blue denim shorts size XS, received black ones size XL!
Filled in the return request form online several times and being ignored. The money's gone, it's a scam. Nasty scumbags!

I was not satisfied

I was not satisfied. First, the delivery took much longer than expected. The shoes I bought looked the same as on the website, but the quality was disappointing.
That is why I wanted to return them. I made several attempts to contact Joom, but they never responded. It was my first and also my last order through Joom

I ordered a Dior Sauvage from this…

I ordered a Dior Sauvage from this website and it turned out to be FAKE. No fragrance and dupe packaging. When I ask for return/refund, there customer service keeps closing my chat and some AI assistant keeps replying to me when I keep on opening that. Scam website

Easy to use website

Faulty product, but good customer service

Product did not work and was received damaged, but got a full refund for the mistake, which I appreciate greatly. They take accountability, and I think that’s important. Sad the product did not work as intended, but I understand that issues happen. Would overall shop here again.

Slow delivery and poor support

Ordered a jacket and the site showed 7–10 days delivery, but after payment I got updates saying it could take several weeks. It arrived after about a month, leaving a short return window.

Also couldn’t get a proper invoice, and the chatbot was no help. No easy way to contact a real person.

I ordered shoes for my brother his brithday was 5 th May. My gift i brought from Joom. Got delivered on saturday 9th.
My brother girlfriend brought these shoes exact same sjoes that brought from my brother joom. Now my item got delivered. I have not opened I want to pay with my own money to return this item. . Joom has worst customer service , they do not want to give me the right post address where to ship my item. I gave them a great review. This is unfair .
