I order a bed set and it took 4weeks to…

Think twice about ordering from this site…..I order a bed set and it took 4weeks to turn up and when it did it was faulty now I’m sending videos and photos every day as they aren’t happy with them and this had been going on for 2 weeks! I expressed I’m happy to send it back at their cost!

Returns

Order a fancy dress costume for my granddaughter arrived after 15 days quality is ok however the sizing came up very small. Tried to work out how to return and get a refund what a nightmare no help with information how to do return from customer services/contact you have to try and work it out for yourself . Definitely won’t be buying from this company again - would not recommend

that doesn't work because it is 0,10€ wall paint square on a 5€ t-shirt

Ordered a pair of trainers which said…

Ordered a pair of trainers which said they had been delivered in 3 days from China to UK yeah right, they didn’t. I had to wait three months to be able to claim refund on their app. When I did wait and claimed they sent an automated email to say they had been delivered 3 months earlier and to check with with my neighbours etc. I had checked at the time. These did not arrive and have no way of claiming my money back. Total scam

Warning - do not use!

I paid for items however nothing has arrived and there is no number to contact the company. Do not buy from them, they take your money but do not deliver. Is there not a standards authority that gets rid of scammers like this?!

Dreadful company

If I could give a score of zero I would. I ordered a little metal bird. It took ages to come and then it looked nothing like the picture advertised and wouldn’t even stand up. I have spent over an hour trying to contact the company to explain and get a refund but it is impossible to do because their site says I have no orders with them despite giving the order number. It requests my phone number (and even states part of the number) but when I fill it in it states incorrect number. I have emailed the address PayPal gives me but I get a reply saying it doesn’t accept messages on it and you have to go to Joom website (which tells me I have no orders) so I’m going round in circles. DREADFUL COMPANY

Odered ranch jacket

Odered ranch jacket, I'm 2XL AU. ordered 3 XL for loose fit, jacket arrived and it's 150mm short around the guts! 4 XL might fit but the sleeves would be far to long. Sizes will only fit Asians not Western people. Rod.

I dont recomand this Joom

I dont recomand this Joom . They send me a cheap dress and it ist damage but with a lot of money and they dont let me return the order and its more the 2 monts ! They are not serios . I will nerver but from them !!!!!!! This ist ilegal what they are doing and they dont answort to my emails and in the app they answer from Time to Time . Ugghhh i am so mad

Do not use

Do not use! I ordered items for almost €100. They arrive but we’re not in the condition described. I tried to return those items / get a refund but the joom app and the Customer Service simply do not allow for this. Awful.

Unacceptable 8-day delay for a broken phone under EU warranty

Order ID: J54VM986 - Defective phone and unacceptable 8-day support delay
I bought a Blackview Hero 10 folding phone from the official Blackview HK store through Joom, which was delivered on April 29, 2025. The device has developed a severe hardware factory defect: the touch screen completely stops working every time it wakes up from sleep mode.
As a European citizen (Spain), this product is fully covered by the 2-year European legal warranty. I contacted Joom customer support, and I received an automated response stating there is an 8-day delay just to review my case. This is completely unacceptable for a technical warranty issue on a 350€ smartphone that I use daily.
I expect Joom to intervene immediately, enforce EU consumer laws on the seller, and provide a quick solution (either a free repair or a full refund). I have video proof of the hardware defect ready.
