So I had a problem with my Joolca hot shower. I sent an email saying I had a problem. They replied very quickly and by 2nd email they had sent a replacement part.few days later checked that it had arrived and working ok. Amazing customer service. 10 out 10.They care about their products and there customers. Really friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them enough. I tell people to look at this company and it produces. You will not be disappointed.i live off grid and hard it to fund good product that last and helpful after sales but with Joolca I don't have to worry. Fantastic product! Fantastic customer service. Im very pleased with my Joolca shower. The product is of the highest standard and works much more effectively than I ever could have imagined. Joolca also offer great customer support. I can't fault them and would definitely recommend. Thanks Joolca, I'm one a happy camper :)

Great support from Joolca after sales team

I reported a fault and was dealt with straight away and new item sent as soon as it was back in stock. Very pleased.

We catered for 92 scouts and leaders at the Essex International Jamboree in Chelmsford with the Joolca hot tap saved us 80% in gas, we did have a small issue with the pump but the service centre responded within 24 hours

Two times now, I have ordered from this company and they have let me down. They not fulfilling their orders. They tell me their move to warehouse. That was 5 weeks ago. To me, it should be priority to keep customers happy. This company is a joke. They're not fulfilling orders taking. your money. Anyone that deals with them be aware that they'll take your money but not fulfil their orders.

I had an issue with my Joolca shower not igniting. I emailed support and they got back to me very quickly ( much quicker than I had expected!). They were able to help diagnose the issue and sent me a video of how to fix. It worked a treat! I have had several follow up emails to check that everything was fine. Superb service.

It took us time to install our Joolca shower unit at our off grid log cabin on the West Coast of Scotland.
Woh after replacing the batteries and switched on the shower wonderful hot water and powerful water flow.
Just a great system and so simple to use, well designed. Take a bow.

Great service all round on outside of warranty replacement parts

I had been contemplating getting a Joolca nomad for quite some time, after many years of camping and not having good facilities at some sites, the Joolca system is a game changer, at the start of the year, having to wash my two young dogs at the campsite and freezing cold water was the decider, absolutely brilliant if you’re thinking of buying one, don’t hesitate.

As a somewhat seasoned outdoorsman, who’s looking to add a bit of comfort. I was going through YouTube as one does and seen the Joolca shower system, well it looked the mutts nuts, so I watched it again just to make sure it was up to to job for our good old Scottish climate.

I went into the Joolca website purchased the Nomad which I’ve used to the best of its ability, to not only to clean myself but to clean down the mountain bike and my kit, when is just as muddy as myself, it beats a bucket of water with a shower spout screwed on to it .

I was well impressed with the Joolca kit I purchased a gotta go loo which I’m waiting on arrival as it’s so popular it’s on back order . Nothing like a comfortable dump, when your out in the sticks.

I bought the full kit for shower camping first time its coming like second the heating machine afther when I was in holiday I can't possibly to shower because its missing some pieces I was very hungry because I was to the company to check well and its was without showers in me holidays just in hotels 🙄 I spend 400£ and I'm not try it ...
