The support and speed of it was just wonderful, although it was high camping season and no doubt may requests there was no waiting for a reply. Replacements parts were on there way immediately although I had managed a temporary work round.

Nico replied in quick fashion, addressed my situation and provided a remedy. So impressed with the fast turn around as well.

Ordered the 2 room shower tent. Received a email, asking how I find the product. I emailed back saying hasn’t arrived. Got email saying that they would look into it, cause post haste never updated the tracker. It arrived the next day. Currently using it down at a lake. Absolutely brilliant and less than 5 minutes to erect, and we love a good erection

I absolutely love my Nomad Kit :) This has been essential to setting up our off grid kitchen, and the shower and base are an incomparable step up from the solar shower and wooden pellet we had been trying to use previously. Not only hot water, but water pressure, too! :D

Initially, I had installed the handles the wrong way round and they leaked. I quickly found all the info I needed to fix this in the concise and curated FAQ.

Roughly a month later, the handle to my faucet developed a leak while the shower was running. I reached out to Customer Support to ask if they had any advice. Despite being New Years Day, I received a prompt, personal response and as soon as I had explained the issue, not just one but two replacement handles were shipped immediately, along with a request to upload a video of the issue as soon as practicable. Being the holiday period, it took a little while for me to upload the video but when I did it was very quick and easy, resulting in yet another positive experience with the Customer Service team.

Everybody I've dealt with at Joolca has been incredibly polite, helpful and downright friendly. You guys have a wonderful team and I fully appreciate the great products and service that you all strive to provide.

I had a small problem with a leaking shower switch and got in touch with the team. All correspondence was positive and speedy, no nonsense response to the problem with an immediate offer of a replacement which arrived within just a few days. Hats off to you all! What a nice change from the standard automated replies we're so used to these days. You've definitely already lived up to your reputation. Thanks.

Joolca products seem to be very reliable and if by chance you have a faulty part there backup service is excellent as well. Great products and great service. You won't be disappointed

The communication is excellent, fast and friendly, and the customer service is too! They immediately sent me a new spray bottle when the first one didn't work. I bought the Gottago toilet for my tiny house on wheels and use it as a dry toilet, composting the contents. So far I am very happy with it. It is solid, strong and looks good. The seals are so good that there is absolutely no smell.

The Joolca team is unbeatable in customer service and support. Combined with their high-quality products and competitive pricing, they make for a winning company. I am incredibly impressed with the HotTap—my horses and I love having a warm shower on the go, especially as the days get cooler.

The HotTap is fantastic for washing smelly dogs outside in comfort, keeping your own bathroom free from the scent of hedgehog and sheep poo! It works just as well for cleaning up muddy children too. It’s easy to set up, use, and dismantle, and the warranty is excellent. It’s also very safe to use, with easily removable parts to prevent little hands from accidentally turning it on.

I also pre-ordered the GottaGo portable loo, but when my plans changed, Joolca was very understanding and provided a no-questions-asked refund. Absolute legends! I highly recommend them to everyone.

Just happened to look on line and I kept getting the add for Hottap by Joolca, we where thinking of getting one, watched all the videos...loved the one where the bloke had a shower in his clothes...🤣 look folks!! I ended up getting a hottap and a double ensuite and mark my words, I have never looked back, it's even better than the shower in the house...honestly. it's so cozy and the shower is to die for. Come on all you campers out there, can't go wrong with this hottap and ensuite from Joolca!! I've even told my camping friends and the people at work. You have to try it to believe it!! I did. Thank you Joolca!! I haven't finished with yous yet. Got my eye on the when you got to go,you"Got to go" loo. Thanks a whole bunch Joolca!! You little RIPPER!!
