I ordered a few earrings from Jon Ricard that were on sale a few weeks ago. One of the earrings was defective. I contacted their customer service and sent some pictures. They were very quick to respond to my emails and they immediately offered me a replacement.
Very happy with my experience and the quality of the items I ordered.

The earrings, when I finally received a replacement for original faulty pair, were lovely. The FIRST pair was a gift, and clip on. The clips were both very loose, and the earrings woudn't stay in place. It took me a full fortnight to extract a replacement for this gift that cost someone £14, I can't believe how difficult it was and I can't imagine how long it would take had the item been more expensive. I had to supply the gifter's email address and telephone number too, so pretty much telling them that their gift had been a disappointment. I almost gave up, but kept on as someone had spent money on them.
Furthermore, despite all the personal information Customer so-called-services wanted from me, I never had so much as one individual name from them - all correspondence was simply from 'Customer Services'. Very impersonal. I won't shop here myself.

I have ordered from this company before and got lovely earrings , this time when they arrived they where awful, very big compared to the picture and made of cheap metal not silver they where supposed to be small hearts
Jewellery is reasonably priced but the postage charge if way too high and will put me off buying from this company again.
Partially refunded order with no explanation of what they refunded, order was for matching jewellery. Absolute joke, don't use them!!

I received an item that had a small diamond missing. When I contacted the customer service team, they couldn't be more helpful and I had a perfect replacement within a day.

Very reasonably priced items but the reason I’m doing this review is about the customer service standard. I had an issue that was seriously bad service by a large company who sell Jon Richard’s products. I ended up going direct to Jon Richard’s and they sorted it all out immediately. Really helpful. Prompt. Really impressed. Will now shop with them direct as not only do I really like the products I’m also confident they do actually care about their customers. Excellent.
The item delivered is not what I chose or the same as shown online, what arrived was oval not round, stones in different positions. No response from customer services no telephone to contact them just email, Do not recommend as online pictures do not match what they send
I have my hair done every week at John Richards ! Every week is a five star experience. I class every one as my friend.
Hannah is my stylist . But I had to change at the last minute for my colour. Ruby took over. She is in her second year She coloured my hair beautifully. She was so particular . Checking everything twice. I can guarantee this lovely young lady is going far. Such a sweet genuine person. You can’t beat this salon.

Emailed company , quite quick to respond , told me they had a supply issue !!! I said couldn't they have told me earlier. Ordered a necklace the same day as I emailed them , arrived quickly as was express delivery , just opened t now , totally the wrong necklace , even though the invoice states it's the one I ordered . I ordered a simply silver heart shape and I received a gold coloured pendant ( no idea what it's meant to be , possibly a shell!)
Attached to it is a label that says simply sterling silver..... it's gold coloured!!!

Quick dispatch, quick reply from customer service, all my items were present and correct! My tiara is especially beautiful, and I loved the black friday sale after shopping the same items with next and cancelling the order once I saw I could get them much cheaper directly from Jon Richard! Can't wait to wear them on my wedding day.
Admittedly, unlike a lot of the reviews, I received the correct items and the delivery was pretty quick. However, I paid £20 for a ring in the sale and it was lovely when it arrived but I’ve worn it twice for 2 hours and it is now HORRIBLY green and black in colour around the band and on the actual gem too. Such a shame. I’ve had £3 rings that have lasted considerably longer so £20 for 4 hours of use is incredibly disappointing. I did not use perfume, lotions, shower or anything like that with the ring on. Nonetheless it will now have to go in the bin because it is truly disgusting looking.
