AVOID!

AVOID! Placed a large order with this company after hearing positive reviews. Product failed to arrive in time and eventually arrived back at their warehouse. Company agreed to a full refund in writing. 18 months later and they are yet to process. All emails are now ignored. Appalling customer service.

Have raised a Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 against them and will be pursuing through the Small Claim Courts.

I will update this review if they respond.
