About Order #2000018161, one item never received
We have ordered several times from suplments, and always been satisfied. The 13th of January we ordered some articles. Already the 14th they sent the order. BUT they wrote: "Hello, your order has already been shipped, but there is one product you will not receive: Solaray Prostate Defense. This product is out of stock, and the manufacturer will not have it available again for another 15 days. We will send you the product as soon as it arrives in 15 days in a new shipment.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Best regards."
That was ok, but now, after a month, they still haven´t sent the article. And they don´t answer any of my mails. They took the money already the day we ordered! I really hope to get in contact with them. We need the item so badly.

I paid for my order a month ago, received a confirmation e-mail but haven’t heard from the company yet. I sent four e-mails but they do not reply. Haven’t received the products either. A decent company would at least send a reply or a refund.

I ordered special drops which I can't get in Ireland, they sent me a confirmation of order within a week despatch not with tracking number received my order within 10 days very happy customer.

The worst company ever, I didn’t get my order yet, it’s already more than a month, I tried to contact but costumer service doesn’t answer already 10 days, even can’t get money back, do NOT trust..!
Why all the negativity ??
Don’t know why there is so much negativity on the reviews. I have used Suplments a few times now - they always send updates and tracking information so you know where your order is. It usually takes about one week for delivery but that is acceptable because the order has to come from Spain. I would highly recommend this company.

##Update## (23.09.2024)
I'd sent them probably about a hundred messages through customer support. They said that my first parcel was lost by the courrier firm. And they claimed that they sent it second time.
They sent it with DPD Express which is probably the worst cargo in Europe. I also sent plenty of e-mails and messages regarding to the cargo and delivery. In the end my order was delivered today. It has been 12 days since I ordered which might be acceptable but it is so hard to reach them. I paid 313 euros for this order and I will not risk my money again with this firm. This was my last order.
##2nd Update## (29.07.2025)
They wrote the reply after 309 days from this post. First, they tried to delete the post by claiming it was defamatory. Then, it was rejected by Trustpilot, because I had only posted my own experience.

Likely scammers
Put an order on Mar 1st, today is Apr 22nd and the order is nowhere to be found. No response to the email. Will need to contact my bank to see if I can get the refund.
Update#1 Received a response back - they promised to complain to the transport agency and get back to me within 2-3 days. So bumping up the review by 1 star for now.
