I do not like chatbot. I would much rather speak to a human being. I do not like all the confusion on setting up stripe to get paid.

The member I was working with was great. The travel time was a bit excessive. I just wish I got paid travel time going and going home. It was pretty expensive covering gas and tolls before picking them up and after dropping them off.

Overall, great gig job. There are customers who will be rude and treat you like a slave.

Papa is easy to use with plenty of resources for help. Chat help was quick and answered my questions.

My first job was very pleasant and they was friendly. I enjoyed the ride and conversation.

My 3 visits were canceled in RI because not enough Papa Pals in my area and also they were supposed to be here today to do my lighthouse keeping but again they canceled at the last minute without my permission so they don't even try to full fill their visits in Rhode Island anymore now after I year I feel like firing them permanently because they don't work in Rhode Island now.

It works. Be patient. Reach out to tech support if you need to, they'll make sure to get the app working for you. The member I visited today seemed really lovely, it was actually awesome to talk with her, the chores didn't feel like chores because it was a nice family, glad to help them.

Papa is a great program for people in need, they offer, rides to doctor appointments, cleaning, and rides to run errands plus companionship . They also offer help with pet help, tech help, child care and yard work. It all depends on what your needs are.

My first day visit with my members were welcoming and the communication was great. This is a good way of how to meet and interact with people on a daily basis.

Wonderful app. Great way to be of service to Seniors in their time of need. Many just want companionship and some need a little helping hand. The only heads up I would give is come prepared for anything. Make sure you bring at minimum gloves with you when you see a task that says cleaning. You don't know all the task details until you get to the location. Otherwise, even with a surprise here and there, I enjoy it. I am unemployed at this time, and I have found myself to enjoy my time while I am on a shift.
