Good if you need a prescription
This company claims to holistically treat women for women related issues- mainly with hormonal issues caused by perimenpause and menopause. The company in reality seems like it saw a gap in health care and how they could make the most money. They have some generic info on their website and send you blog-like email content. Appointments are 15 mins long. They ask very few questions about you or your health before pushing for HRT. That is what the appt is about. If you are reluctant because they didn't have time to read your health history, ask many questions, or discuss side effects, then they may switch at the end to supplements to try. (Which they unsurprisingly also sell.) I had 2 appts with one of their providers. What this company is good for: If you are in perimenopause or menopause and have done your research on HRT and know that you want HRT then it is easy to get an appointment and a prescription written. If you are a person with complicated health problems and wants a more individualized holistic approach like their website claims, this is not a place for that.

Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy
The process, from beginning to end, has been so easy and informative. At no point was I talked down to or made to feel less than. The clinician was thorough and informative and the speed with which I was able to get care was impressive to say the least
Terrible
After my second virtual apppointment with my Midi Health provider (Angela Dilaura), I was told to get labs done and follow up with another appointment (3rd one at $150 per visit) to go over results and get started with HRT. Went to Quest and had labs done. Unbeknownst to myself or Quest, Angela forgot to send all lab orders so I was very surprised when, 2 days later, I received orders that would require me to go back to Quest to have more blood drawn. Midi expected me to rearrange my schedule again for a second Quest visit and pay a second $60 co-pay to Quest to have the missing labs done. When I reached out to Midi, they tried to blame Quest although Angela didn't submit the labs to Quest correctly and I was able to prove that. They not offer to reimburse me for a 2nd co-pay or even apologize for their mistake. I also never heard from Angela regarding this - if Midi cared about their patients, the mistake would have been acknowledged. The support rep that I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and dismissive so I've moved on and am receiving great care from a real doctor who is amazing. Midi is a terrible company that cares about the money, not the patient.

I liked my provider and the visit was good. However I don’t like the billing process. Insurance was checked both through my insurance and on the Midi website..they are in network with my insurance. Got a bill today for $280 ($30 of which was for a behavioral health screening not disclosed) saying insurance not accepted. Found out Midi never even sent in a claim so how can they claim my insurance doesn’t cover? Of course getting in touch with them is impossible so leaving these reviews to maybe get a resolution to my issue.
Update: Midi has been in touch with me both through this review and through a billing support ticket I submitted. I will revise my star rating once I see the results of my inquiries. Thank you.
Update #2: Finally after contacting Midi billing multiple times, a Revenue Cycle Specialist found and fixed an error with the insurance information they had and resubmitted my claim. My claim is now with my insurance company and is currently being processed. I’ll update this review yet again if any other issues arise. I will say that everyone at Midi has been very helpful and they truly wanted to get to the bottom of my issue. You may have to contact them multiple times, but they have been very nice, professional, and helpful every single time.

Attentive, responsive, and easy to reach!
I have received some of the best care I’ve ever experienced from Racheal Freeman. She is incredibly attentive, responsive, and easy to reach, and she always explains things clearly. She has been tireless in trying to understand the cause of my mental fatigue, thinking outside the box and continually offering different options and alternatives. I truly feel heard and supported, and I’m very grateful to have her as my doctor.
No confirmation or answers
I couldn't get a live person to confirm anything. I reached out and messaged my NP- Amber Rutkin and she was no longer listed as one of my providers. I can't get any answers, needed to cancel upcoming appt, got a text to reach out to care@joinmedi, email was undeliverable. Frustrating & confusing dealing with (2)portals- Athena Health and Mid portal. Going back to a live physician!

They didn’t notify me that they were not accepting my insurance anymore after I had been seeing them for over a year. I got stuck with a $150 office visit bill. They should have made sure I knew this before I made my appointment with them.

You are just a number. Do not recommend.
They canceled my first appointment claiming I did not respond to a spam text. When called out that that confirmation was done through their exhaustive on boarding process they refused to correct and the appointment remained cancelled on short notice. Others have complained that you are just a number here and man does it show! Best to find someone else with a human connection.

I have been a patient for 2 years
I have been a patient for 2 years. They are wonderful, really listen and make recommendations, easy to schedule, easy to reach with questions. They are wonderful! Highly recommend.
I felt her for the first time!
I felt her for the first time. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. It was incredibly easy to get an appointment and it was nice to be able to do the visit in the comfort of my own home.

I had a wonderful and productive experience with my Healthcare professional. She listened , cared , and connected with me on a personal level. She cared and heard all my concerns and starting working on ways we can start take care of the concerns and issues I was having. I was so happy with Amanda. She is such a beautiful person.

Several attempts to communicate with NP. A person acknowledge email received but no answer from the NP. It's very frustrating to claim advocacy for women when there is zero response. The hefty $250 consultation was a waste of money and time. It has been a disappointing experience. They basically took my money.

My provider was thorough
My provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and willing to discuss her rationale for her recommendations and what alternatives could be. It truly felt like a partnership in health. I got off my call and immediately texted my sister in all caps. MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW!
Midi was recommended to me by a friend…
Midi was recommended to me by a friend who had already been using them. I was currently being fed birth control pills by my primary care, and was stressing because I knew I no longer wanted to do that. I have been extremely happy with the physicians at Midi. She listens to my symptoms, relates, and helps me understand what my choices and next steps are. Would highly recommend.
Seen.
After feeling unheard by my PCP, I felt my provider here listened and understood my concerns. She took my symptoms seriously and provided information and education on prescription’s prescribed. I am extremely grateful and satisfied with my experience! I have referred all of my friends now in hopes they feel seen as well. Thank you MIDI Health and my NP for all you do.
I sobbed uncontrollably at what turned out to be a beer commercial
I knew I needed to get on HRT (ASAP) but it takes MONTHS to get an appointment with any specialists in my area, and as I LOVE waiting until issues have become completely intolerable instead of being proactive, I decided to give Midi a try. I was scheduled right away which shocked me (further appointments have also been a breeze) and was given only a little time to thoroughly educate myself on what a GOOD doctor should be looking at, given my specific circumstances. I had read mixed reviews and wanted to make sure whomever I saw knew their stuff. Dr. Lamb did NOT dissapoint! She took me off what I was on, and prescribed hormones my body will be able to use effectively. I knew exactly what I wanted (and why) going in and that is what I got! She is also very accessible through the app if I have any questions between appointments. If you are struggling, be patient. Things might get worse before they get better (unfortunately) but you'll be glad you took that first step. Don't expect the "sky to be bluer" after a week, but you might stop dispensing hand soap onto your toothbrush.

She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. All my questions were answered.

She was very concerned with my health history. She really wanted to have my full history to help me forward. I like that it was seeing that everything before matter as much as what the future will bring

Im giving it a 2 star because of the provider that got assigned to me. She’s very dismissive and only asked basic questions and literally told me the test I was asking for will not help. Yeah and her name is Bentley
