I needed my medication week early since I was going out of town. It didn’t come as early I expected. I followed everything that was explained so, when I called the person helping me did everything he could on his end and my medication was overnighted by Strive. I also did call them.

I got an email saying my RX was approved on 4/3, and that it was dispatched on 4/4. Never got meds I’m a week past due. Now I got an email Sunday saying it’s been approved again. No email ever saying that first one canceled, then yesterday saying my RX was approved. My meds updated on site but I’ve gotten very little explanation. I’ve learned more reading the FB page than I’ve read in my acct or via email. Yall took my payment without delay and I understand things happen but the lack of heads up and advance notice leaving me wondering. I emailed you guys and was told my prescription needed to be replaced. Today is 4/15 but card again was charged on 4/3. Still no meds and I am 2 days past my shot day. I was told in stay in my system for up to 2 weeks. And that I still have to wait another 5-7 days. If I do not recieve my meds by this week. I will definitely be going with Mochi or Fridays I heard great things about them as well. This is impacted and all I’ve been offered for my inconvenience in the matter is a $20 credit. Ridiculous customer service is no longer with these companies they take our money and let us have to figure it out. I need a rush on my medicine as it was not my fault this happened on the first place.

The product is effective and reasonably priced. If you ever have any issues, a quick email is all it takes and customer service responds very promptly.
My only issue has been with the shipper, FedEx, who doesn't seem to realize/care that the product must be refrigerated and if there is a delay, the product arrives warm. So far, I have not noticed any lessening of efficacy, but it's still a detail that any reasonably decent shipper ought to pay attention to.

Now this month when I ordered they said they have to change the compound and use it with B12 and glycerin! I’m not good with that I’m canceling and going with another provider
