Used to be good but is now a scam with almost no one able to redeem their points. Ongoing issues, ignored by company

Scam, scam, scam, scam! Collect points easy but try to redeem my 100,000 Ha! Better chance of winning lottery… weekly chance to get 1- $25 gift card - have tried several times at the appointed hour in the dot, app fails every time.. customer service is USELESS as boobs on a bull. They tell you to reinstall and keep trying. Don’t waste your time on this app.

I have $100 worth of points and they supposedly “sell out” every week within two minutes? If you email them you’ll get a canned message from Mik saying they can’t help you.
I have been trying for 2 months now and log on every time right at 10am to claim.
Don’t waste your time with this bankrupted scam company, use Fetch Rewards instead.

It's been weeks since they are out of gift cards for rewards. All the points I have for nothing.
Won't use it till I get my free gift cards

This company has now become a complete SCAM. The earn rates for everything has dropped. Almost never get points now. But that's not the worst part. Now redeeming points is IMPOSSIBLE. You have 10 seconds every week to try to redeem your points to get the 1 gift card that they drop.

Such an awful experience! I clicked on the app at the exact time of the gift card drop clicked on the card I wanted and as the system was processing the drop was over and the gift cards were sold out! Complete scam! What happened to this app?! It used to be so helpful

They used to pay out your rewards. But I’ve tried to redeem my points worth over $50 the last couple months with no luck. I’ve filed a complaint once with no help. Yesterday I tried again and they sold out within a minute. I’m guessing they don’t have anything to offer anymore, what a total scam. Ridiculous.

This app is the worst! They stopped paying out their members for their hard earned points and limit how you can even get a gift card now.
SCAM!! Don’t waste your time

They need to start the bankruptcy process. Instead of that they continue to share money but can't pay it anymore. Mb some lucky persons can redeem it 25$ per week, but read their FB page - 1:1000 you will never get money again from this company.
Simple scam. Stay away.

I am like everyone else on this thread. Don't even bother trying to use it if you haven't started. I enjoyed it before but heck now you're just lost. Please remember to delink your cards and change your bank usernames. Just wondering if there's actually anyone who has managed to redeem their points since they changed systems

Scam - They do not pay out. I've been back and forth with support since March about their gift card redemption issues. It's now September, and I haven't been able to redeem anything.

A total scam. They can’t afford to pay off the liabilities so they have instead instituted a gift card maximum that sells out once a week in seconds. The app is siphoning your information tracking you and collecting benefits from stores that pay drop and then drop stopped paying the users of the app in kind. A quick downfall. They have run out of money and are hoping users with accounts with cash on the books simply go away. Should be a class action for this as I’m sure they have millions of users

no way to redeem points. need to shut down or pay up. no communication as to why. they just rip you off

This app is lousy. Their customer service is awful as well. They just keep sending the same canned response. I've been trying for weeks to redeem my points for a gift card with no success. Not sure how they can legally hold everyone's points hostage. I would recommend one of the other several points platforms that are legitimate (such as Rakuten or aadvantageeshopping.com). Every Thursday like clockwork I go to redeem my 100,000 points each week either their app freezes saying sold out, email constantly with no resolution no reply.....

I don’t know what Drop is doing but their new gift card rewards system is a joke and I’ve finally given up on cashing in my 100k points for gift cards. Not worth sharing your personal info and linking cards when you don’t actually get to claim rewards. They do gift card drops at 1:00pm on Thursday’s and I have a screenshot at 1:01pm saying they’re sold out. Again, share your info at your own risk but there is no equal reward offered for your info and purchase history. Makes you wonder what they’re doing with your information.

This app is an absolute joke, they claim they now have instant gift cards and the drop is only once a week and you can literally never ever get a gift card, Everytime you try right at 12pm when they drop your app encounters stupid long loading time and errors and the next thing you see is gift cards sold out..I’ve been trying for MONTHS NOW like it’s absolutely ridiculous, you reach to them and they say oh it’s an error in your side or reinstall the app and etc, absolute waste of energy and time collecting the point on useless app

No longer is a reputable company. Like everyone else said, no longer can you redeem your points as gift cards "sell out" within nano seconds...they went downhill fast. Sad because they were a great app. Sigh.

Terrible site! You can only redeem for gift cards once a week. And every time you try they sell out within a min the sight always crashes. Their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time on this site. It's a scam.

You have to earn the points and then they hold your gift card hostage in a lottery like state of confusion. Have to try to get your card now by being the first so many in on the server. 1 pm on Thursday. Sold out in10 secs??? SCAM! Call attorney generals office and file a complaint for their state.
