You're lured with a nice welcoming gift, which is never delivered. Instead they unabashed change the sales action with a small reduction, if you make another purchase. A minor detail, but very much revealing of the bad commercial acumen of this company, and disregard towards the customer.

I've never received the shampoo which I ordered

I gave my order at 21:30, they inform me about its delivery time (in the next day between 18:00 and 21:00), and next day, I received my package at 17:55. They also packaged it so well that nothing was damaged. Excellent!

Ordered a shampoo and a mask, waited for a month in silence, wrote multiple times emails about it. On the website it said that they had them in stock, then after 3 weeks they replied that they didn't have a mask in 60ml as I ordered and they will send 2 masques of 30ml instead. On the delivery after 4 weeks waiting I received the shampoo and one 30ml masque, the other ome was missing. Terrible customer support and would not buy again.

This is not a trusted Company. I have placed and paid the order on 2-June, however up to today i have not receive the order. I made call, I emailed a few times, no response at all. This was my first order and this is absolutely disappointed.

Ordered the sugar bear gummies and got it in less than 3 days.

This is my second time ordered from JohnBeerens.com but this time its been a week i didn’t receive my package yet, i sent emails and called but they said they gonna look it up where my package is because they dont know where it is. Honestly it is really weird for me because the one that is selling dont know even where my package is !!! I asked them to send the money back and cancelled the order but they dont want to do that until they find the package, i think this is my last time ever order something from there.

I ordered CHI stijltang and another 4 product from Moroccan Oil. The packet came on time just as promised but when I opened the package I realized 1 of the Moroccan Oil product was missing (40€). So I called the customer service line and after explaining what the problem was I was told that the girl that packed my products is 100% sure she put it there, and that it's my word against her word but they will send me the missing product with my next order. Of course I did not agree to that because it was not my problem that the girl forgot to pack it properly (and lied about that) and after such a experience I was not about to order anything again there. So I was offered that they will check the weight of the packet that was sent to me and they will also check the the weight of all product I ordered to find out whether the product was missing or on. Later that day I got phone call that my Moroccan Oil product will be send right away and I have received it the very next day. So at the end of the day I got all the product I ordered but I would recommend to everyone to maybe record or have some people around when opening the box with ordered product. I understand that this can happen but than I would expect such a webshop with so many positive reviews send the missing product right away and not debate who lies and who does not lie.

First time I ordered here and there is nothing to complain about.
I ordered it on sunday and received it tuesday.
The only thing is that on the website it says today ordered tomorrow delivered.
That doesn't work for sundays, I thought so already, but it doesn't said it.

I got my products the next day. Compleet.

First I have to tell you; service is great! I asked for help on the site; I don't know what to do with my dry, damaged and thin, dull, flat hair. Immediatly I got an answer from someone fron johnbeerens.com. It really helped me out with choosing some shampoo and conditioner for my type of hair.

I bought J Beverly Hills' addbody shampoo and conditioner and Maroccanoil. First something about AddBody. The smell is awesome! Like caramel, soft and sweet. The shampoo has a great structure and gets easily though my hair. It makes it soft and clean. When I apply the conditioner, I feel it's not as easy to divide it. It's a bit of a thick structure. You have to use quite some product, but if you do, and leave it in for a few minutes; you'll feel the softness and silkyness and a great smell. When my hair is dry, I feel it's a little more volumnous. Used it for 2 weeks now; I'm happy with it!!!

Maroccanoil is great as well; I got the repair shampoo and conditioner. They smell great as well, and they're really easy to apply. After using it, my hair feels real soft, it shines and feels healthy again! After all this time! Thank you very much, johnbeerens.com!
