Hello. I have ordered and received Colora henna powder for a few years now. Last time - 19th January, ‘Brown’ was not available, which I use to mix with another colour. I had to order Brown from another online company. For the rest, pleased with Beauty Plaza and the extra gift. Thank you.

In they wesite it stated they deliver the next day. (in 24hrs). Is not true.
I have been waiting for my order for week!IS a high value order, I trusted this webshop and regret it. I wonder where else they lie. Never ordering again, will check the reviews before ordering or just got to Amazon.

They shipped EXPIRED products. I wouldn't recommend buying here.

Disappointing experience – still no refund

I ordered a high-value perfume, which arrived quickly, but the scent disappeared within 1–2 hours. I raised concerns about the product and asked for a return, but the seller refused — even for a one-time test spray. They closed communication and rejected all follow-up.

I reported the issue to Klarna and consumer authorities.

Selling VERY old and expired products (4-5 year old hair products). They are using this website to clean out old products.

Stay away!!!

This website has advertized a supplements product with the wrong label "extra" and charged three times the price while I received my order with the regular product. The worst, the product received was expired over a year ago, in November 2023. When prompted, customer service denied everything and refused the reimbursement. Better buy from a trusted source, don't buy from Beauty Plaza, they are endangering the lives of the customers.

I was very surprised when my order arrived two days later. Since I live in Austria, this was pretty fast. Thank you for that! My products were in the best condition and I also got a little gift from them. Perfect service! I can recommend it further.

I have very thin hair and they provide a ton of great shampoos at a lower price than in a regular store.

I bought many products from them and I wanted to return one as it really did not correspond to the description and they rejected my return request immediately. Very bad service, not suggested at all

Parcel was lost and I had difficulty making a police report, as the id number was not validated for a certain issue. I also could not make a report in the police station as they said via the phone that it is not necessary to make a report due the small value of the parcel. Upon this, Joyce asked to fill in an investigation report which I did, and now she is trying to come up with any pretext to avoid sending a new parcel! I m really devastated and disappointed by their bad customer serve and I don’t recommend at all this online shop! It is better to by in real shops where you are sure you are protected from scams like these!
P.s. I even asked to send her a proof that the report is not going through and she refused saying that today is my last day to make a police report!

I think I have precised several times that I could not make the report and you said after sending you the filed in document to contact you in the end of the week…which I did today, but you have chosen to go back to the starting point where you want me just swallow the loss of around 130€… it is a pity that I made a purchase on your website from the start!
Again, I don’t recommend this shop at all!

Fake Kerastase product

After I read all the reviews I almost didn't wanted to order anymore but I did need the products and they had a good discount so I decided to go with it. I received my order the next day and the products looked good not open or damaged and they are not close to expire. I also got a nice gift, overall a very good experience and probably will order again from them.

I have been using Clinique for years now, I am familiar with the products and have been using the Moisture surge products since they existed…
This was my first order with Beauty Plaza.
The product I received smells bad, smells like those cheap creams that have been on shelves for years.

Great customer service and great products. I've only had good experiences with Beauty Plaza and will continue ordering here. Can only recommend!

Just terrible..

I use Kerastase products since years and what I received from this scam company is just a handsoap with parfume. I told them that products aren't original and they didn't care. Definitely STAY AWAY!!

Just extra info: If you buy someting you have to pay the return yourself. Also they 'kindly' inform you to insure the return, 0 trust.

Ordered here for the past 3 years, always on time with the delivery, always a nice gift in the package. Last two times, I received something different than I ordered. This had to do with the product changing, and they forgot to change the photo on their website. After a conversation over Whatsapp I got a return label and the money is in my bank account again. Really good service!
