Disgusting service from a small business. I ordered items which were not suitable. There were no instructions on how to return the item.
I emailed customer care twice before receiving instructions and was then met with 'you will receive a follow up email on how to return your items'. This email never landed and to date I have chased 7 times with customer care.

Delivery issue, no response to email
I paid for fast delivery which took 10 days. Contacted support for 5.99 refund with no response. I am a yoga teacher and get asked regularly about my teaching wear and will be reluctant to recommend.
Update - Jogger rectified this issue very quickly after reading my concerns.

I was a bit spectacle at first as I was approached by an account on Instagram that no longer exists, they gave me 50% off the order so I only paid £30 something for the top and shorts. I got it in blue and size fit perfectly! I measured myself using their grid sizes and it was such a good fit!
Even though I was approach by an Instagram account I went to website directly, don’t go into links sent by someone (you never know what could happen).
Overall I had no issues with the delivery, in all fairness I was expecting it not to come and thought it may have been a scam lool. The outfit is so comfy, I will be buying from again.

The quality is amazing
The quality is amazing, squat proof and feels great. The sizing is perfect, my favourite thing about the shorts is how they are the perfect length and you can choose to either leave them slighter longer or you can pull them up to suit you.
