I’ve ordered pair of leggings, try to return it. Customer service never got back to me, I’ve tried to email them 3 times. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts on the 3rd of July and the delivery said 2-4 days. I have just received my clothes on the 10th July, the delivery took quite a while longer than expected but the quality of the clothing is really good

I haven’t received my package and there is no where to contact customer service

Didn’t receive my order. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and delivery company has not received it yet.

So awful. Supposed 'missed delivery' a month & a half ago - even though it is a work address for the delivery and we were definitely open! They do not respond to emails - and when they do it's a passive aggressive response. They have been zero help in trying to locate the parcel/or rectify the issue. Never order from here!!!

Would give minus stars if I could! Ordered on 29th May, on 2nd June they created a label and said they’d ship it but they haven’t! Scammers!! Take your money and use it for a shipping label to make you believe it’s coming but it doesn’t arrive ever! Can’t get in contact with anyone whilst the owner is living her best life on a cruise with our money!

No reply for over 3 weeks of where the parcel was. When finally received nearly a month later one day, sizes are ridiculous small

Amazing! They pull everything in, smooth it all out and keep it there! I’ve put them through every test I could think of, great for running, stretchy for workouts, don’t have to keep pulling them up every two seconds, hug in all the right places, wash and dry back to the exact same quality. I’d be lying if I want skeptical on my first order but I was so impressed with it all I went back and bought almost one of everything from their store! For £9.99 per item?! I’ve bought leggins for nearly £30 and I’ve been a fraction of the quality, keeping an eye out for the black leggings to come back in my size so I can get more!

Tried to send back order since it didn’t fit but they still haven’t gotten back to me and it’s been over 2 weeks.

Shipping takes FOR-EVER!!! I still haven’t received my item either .. wouldn’t recommend!

Haven’t even received my parcel which I ordered on the 28th May 2023

I received my order on 04/05/23 and requested a return on 05/05/23 i got a following email after requesting the return, which i assume was automated, saying i would receive an additional email after they had approved the initial return. I never got a second email with a QR code or return’s address therefore leaving me unable to return these items and get my refund. I have sent 2 emails the first one telling them my issue and the second being a follow up email, I have still not received a response back from them. Additionally, the products aren’t good quality, the leggings are see through, extremely short in length, aren’t a comfortable material, and are small in sizing. Definitely would not recommend to anyone considering buying from this brand, and I myself definitely will not be buying from here.
