App never connected to my watch despite doing everything they said to do (delete app and reinstall, etc). There was never any audio with my apple airpods. Essentially had an app that I had to look at my phone the whole time. What is worse is that I contacted their customer service multiple times. I sent screen shots of what was happening. I was told that "someone will get back to you within 48 hours." Never did. I emailed them to try and get a response. Never did. I finally emailed and live chatted to try and get a refund (within the 14 days), never got a response to my email and was ghosted on chat. Complete waste of money. Try another running app.
Did not want to use Joggo after seeing the approach they took to the sport of running. I thought I had closed my account through the app, but after the first period was done they charged me 100 dollars. I immediately wrote to ask for a reimbursement. I hadn’t used the service at all after the first couple of days yet they renewed my contract automatically and will not reimburse me, maintaining I had not canceled through the proper channels. Joggo isn’t interested in your well-being and it shows through their service and the company’s approach towards their clients. Their well-being relies on taking your money for a bad app.
The app is awful, I barely used it because it was not helpful at all, then they purposefully hope you forget to cancel so they get you on the auto renewal. Now I’m $99 down
The app is very well structured. I had many questions before I subscribed and they were always willing to help.
My only suggestion is if you have any medical issues to talk to your doctor before you subscribe. It is a bit challenging if you start from zero. And ask the customer service if you have any questions, they are amazing!
Read the terms and agreements! They will automatically charge you for a subscription renewal (nearly $100 for six months) and will not provide a full refund for the unwanted service. They do not email you to remind you that the subscription will be renewed. I can return nearly any physical product that I purchase yet with this subscription, they will not refund me for a service that I do not want. Do not purchase!
SCAM. DO NOT BUY. I signed up (not realizing it) for a 6 month subscription. It came with a money back guarantee if I completed a certain amount of running. Well the app never worked, so I just switched to Fitbit, and assumed that initial payment was just money lost. Then they charged me another $94.99 for a 6-month subscription AND $25.81 to personalize it (thought I couldn’t possibly say what was personalized). When I contacted customer support for a refund, they told me I didn’t qualify for any refund since I did not cancel more than 24hours ahead of their auto billing. They send NO notice/reminder whatsoever, and then use it as the basis against you. I cancelled the very next day and contacted customer support to no avail. They informed me that refunds are ONLY issued if you can demonstrate their app is faulty, which is the entire reason I stopped using this in the first place. However, since their app only links to Apple Watch, I had no way to prove it. Do not waste your time or money.
DON'T SIGN UP!! I ordered the initial 6 month subscription and then thought I cancelled a couple months later. I ended up getting charged $95 at the end of my subscription. I chatted with them about 5 minutes after I got the notification and said I had already cancelled. They said they didn't see a record of that and since I didn't let them know 24 hours in advance they could only refund me 50%. I told them I had gone through the steps to cancel. But they wouldn't refund all of my money.
Unauthorized purchase and when tried to get my money back i was told too bad no refunds. I didn't authorize the payment in the first place and now im stuck with a £70 charge for an app that crashes whenever i try to do anything with it and a plan that is so unclear I couldn't follow it even if i tried.
Customer service is horrendous, was told that it wasn't proven as faulty and just told to read the t&c's, which again, i did not authorise the purchase at all and the app is shockingly bad.
I am learning to run again and it’s helping me a lot. It’s program to star to run is really entertaining and it’s not boring.
Was really interested in this until I got to the last page of my “personalised plan” and was told optimal weight loss would be to eat as low as 1000 calories a day. Awful diet culture recommendation to expect someone to be running and eating that low. Also just not long term attainable.
I have signed up for other online 5k-10K for free and honestly, they were better than Joggo. V disappointed with this app.

I signed up for Joggo before realizing how much it was going to be. I couldn't afford it. I reached out to Joggo for a refund, and their customer service was impeccable. I had my refund sent in 2 days. This is rare and shows Joggo's commitment to its customers.

Interval running and uphills are a killer, but they're only 20min (not counting warm-up and cool-down time), so easy to fit in my day, and mentally very doable.
The optional mini workouts in between runs are great too, and so easy to fit in my day too.
Within 3 weeks, my endurance had improved, and I feel more energised.
And I find myself looking forward to my next running session!

I didn’t like the Joggo app. I canceled the subscription but the company conveniently claims I didn’t. I’ve been charged multiple times due to their auto renew and unless you give them 24 hrs notice prior to the charge they will not refund you. Any company that doesn’t remind you of automatic renewals and will not issue refunds for services not used shouldn’t be in business. DO NOT USED THIS APP AND BE AWARE OF THE AUTO-RENEWAL THAT DOESN'T SHOW UP ANYWHERE EXCEPT YOUR BANK STATEMENT.

I ended my subscription with Joggo in 2022. In April 2024, they took $100 from my account without my permission. Many efforts to get a refund failed and repeated attempts to speak with a manager were refused. I have it in writing that I had no subscription at the time, yet they won't return my $101.87. Just disgusting behaviour. Do not trust with your credit card details!!!

I signed up for a year-long sub. I ended up not using the app for reasons that had nothing to do with its quality. They just charged me last week for another year. When I went to ask for a refund, they said no because I hadn’t made a request 24 hours in advance. I mentioned I didn’t get a notification of the renewal, and they told me they don’t send renewal notifications, but everyone that signs up agrees to their terms and conditions where it’s stated that they’ll be charged, etc. Using the “we don’t have to send you renewal notices because you agreed when you signed up” isn’t very customer-oriented and speaks volumes about the company’s ethics. It’s like they count on people forgetting about their sub and then don’t have any way for you to get a full refund unless you have proof that the app is “faulty”. The best they could do was offer me a 50% refund. I can’t speak to whether it’s a good app or gives you the results they say, but I won’t recommend this app to anyone just on principle.
