Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. Joe and the team are my absolute go to for booking holidays. Everything is done over WhatsApp, which makes the whole process so easy, and they always manage to beat the deal I’ve already found.
They’re incredibly responsive, friendly, and take all the stress out of booking nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I wouldn’t book a holiday now without checking with Joe and the team first.

Consistently excellent service – second holiday and spot on again
This was the second holiday arranged for us by Joe Biggs PHA, and once again they were spot on. Joe and the team always take the time to understand what you’re looking for and deliver exactly what’s promised.
The accommodation was spotless, modern, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained surroundings, palm trees, and relaxing pool areas that made it easy to properly switch off. Everything felt well organised and exactly as described.
The only small point worth mentioning was that the room was set up as a double rather than a twin, and due to fixed wall units it couldn’t be changed. That said, I’ve no doubt Joe and the team would have sorted it if we’d asked — we just didn’t feel the need to. The sofa was surprisingly comfortable, and with the sun on the balcony all day, we were more than happy to stay put.
What really sets Joe Biggs PHA apart is consistency. This is the second holiday they’ve arranged for us, and both times the service has been friendly, clear, and completely stress-free, with great communication throughout.
We came home relaxed, happy, and already confident we’ll be booking with them again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe Biggs PHA to anyone looking for reliable, personal service from people who genuinely get it right.
