Stress shock horror...
Well well well...where do I start; Since 2017 so many attempts have been made to obtain a Bank statement here in the uk & to update the app due to upgrading my phone. Calls & emails to NCB all fell on deaf ears.
Travelled to Jamaica 🇯🇲 in 2023 visited 2 branches spent a total of almost 4hrs, not to mention the taxi cost & distance to travel...
A total & utter waste of time on both occassions, I was so tramatised that I almost burst into tears due to how frustrated I was, decided to abort & to visit the London branch instead....
When oh when will the 🇯🇲 banks step up their customer service, one bank will give you information when you attend another branch the info is invalid.
The right hand is clearly not aware what the left hand is doing.
Visiting a bank in Jamaica 🇯🇲 takes a whole day from you, particularly when on vacation which it is not good practice at all.

Unable to access my online account. Been calling since 12 August 2022, its now January. NCB keeps telling me that the department that will sort out my online banking will call back then no one does. So no access to my money and absolutely no help when calling. Worst bank! Best advice is to take your money and bank somewhere else. A man lost his card. He had to go Santa Cruz to get a new one. I was trying to withdraw money, along with 8 others, and none of the 3 machines worked. Nine people were not able to get needed cash.

At the bay west branch the customer service is very very slow and they aren't polite example the ticketing service on your phone is lagging, plus the representative did not practice to prounce customer full name leading to more confusion, On top of that the system kick you out when setting up online banking service. I have closed an account already And I intend on closing the next one.this company paint a bad image of jamaica. thank God I didn't purchase any of there stock ,very poor NCB Baywest Branch.

This bank should be burnt down flat to the ground The representatives in this bank scammed me and left me for dead there is only criminal scammers in this bank but then again it's in a criminal country so them being criminals makes perfect sense I think NCB should be terminated because they are killing people.

Very Poor Service
I have never seen or experienced anything like this before. I opened an account at the Fairview branch in Montego Bay on September 16th and today I cannot get access to online banking. I have called and spoke with numerous representatives and supervisors and still no access to date. They don't reach out with updates or any information whatsoever, whenever I initiate a call, the only constant response is that 'They will reach out to the tech support team and and get back to me within 48 hrs. Worst service I can recall in banking. Next step is to close the account.

Laziest Teller
Earlier today (Aug 17), I had the displeasure of meeting the mostly laziest teller at NCB - Matilda’s Corner branch. I guess she was overwhelmed by the volume of work, being the only teller on the line. However, I went to the bank to conduct an EFT to an international account. The teller told me I had to return to the bank tomorrow to do the transaction as I had missed the cutoff time (1:30pm). After leaving the bank, a friend of mine told me that the cutoff time had nothing to do with the teller processing my request, but that the transfer would not be completed until the next business day. Shame on you NCB!

Not sure why NCB would offer a pay advance loan and then locked the offer code, if the credit card bill not paid on time...pay advance means that poor people use their salary to pay back the loan then borrow again. Which means we are living from the loan...so when NCB withdraws the offer code what does NCB leave us to do?? Instead of giving us the offer so we can clear the credit card bill and buy back likkle food fi di pikney Dem ..unu take weh back the money...left we fi hungry

Got to the bank and logged in at 12:36 and was told there are 16 persons ahead of me. Calling out numbers they got to 39, no one was present , 40 nothing , 41 nothing. I have 42 and I see the teller starts checking off before calling the next number. 3 hours + later it’s now 3:48 and I’m yet to get through. Terrible! Customer service is 0. They are not considerate of peoples time , why does it take one working day to do any transaction at the bank? Even after setting an appointment?

Something is always wrong with the ABMs at the Blvd branch. Went there and the machine took the card. This is the second time this has happened. Now I'm gonna have to wait for hours just to get a replacement. I dont see myself ever recommending NCB to anyone.

Worst customer service ever...to activate an account you sit over 3 hour before you can speak to a representative even when you have an appointment....there have a number system in place when you register how that does work...apparently the representative are all over the place.

I’ll just say I won’t waste my time calling them again, they don’t do call back and you can never get when you call. Your on the phone burning hours of credit and all you can hear is that the operator is busy.
